Our CSA program offers chickens, eggs and a few other products: Katz olive oil and vinegar: Soul Food Farm's pastured chicken partner Albert Katz makes olive oil and fine vinegars under his Katz label; it is the only California olive oil Chez Panisse uses.
Fresh lavender: An elegant handful of fresh lavender grown on the farm, terrific for cooking, drying, or just brightening up your home.
This is today's CSA share from Two Small Farms. It looks like a lot of salad this week, though some of the greens can (in the case of the turnip greens should be) cooked.
