The bass crossover has to be fitted into the bass cabinet before gluing on the final side panel. Once the panel is glued on it is very difficult to get at the crossover so it was important to test it before the gluing took place. I tested the crossovers again once I had the installed in the cabinets.

NS 38G rolls from the Conemaugh Line to track three at CP CONPIT near New Florence, PA. For many years, trains coming off the Conemaugh Line would cross to track one, but in recent years the Allegheny dispatcher has sent almost all Conemaugh traffic straight to main three, likely to avoid tying the crossovers up.

July 5, '08
I attended 2 parties today; one's a farewell party for my dad's aunt, the other's my childhood friend's debut. I have never been a fan of parties but both of them are a lot of fun!
The first one's kinda quick, but it gave me an opportunity to talk to my photographer uncle. He took a look at my camera... and when he found out that i only own a 50mm lens, he told me "would you be happy if i told you that I'm going to give you an 18-55?" I was speechless O.O I was really short on cash and i didn't know how to buy a simple zoom lens that would cover that 49-- my 50mm missed. I am so happy! As they say, "the best things in life are free". =D
The second party happened in my hometown and i got to see my childhood friends again. Goodness, those kids running around the street are now college students in tux. I can't believe that we're that old already. The conversations brought back a lot of memories... I miss my hometown and how much life was simple back then. But i do love where i am right now.
But one thing's in common with both parties; attendees of both parties kept on saying how much my looks have changed. And I'd like to take that as a good thing hehehe!
