Our pal Janelle invited us over to her farm to meet her dogs, goats, and alpacas! Lovely people; lovely critters.
Second-graders check out a blue-tongued skink during a visit from Cool Critters Outreach to Western Row Elementary School in Mason. The kids got to pet and learn about the skink and different reptiles.

While filming Chemtrails this "something" flashed across my viewfinder.Originally thought it was an insect but I now think its probably a "rod" or a T.J.Constable "Critter"
This squirrel was content to sun himself on the wall between our driveway and the neighbor's yard. Focus is a bit soft as I rushed to get the shot before he saw me, and I was shooting through a dirty window (that I washed after the shot!)

The critter is a little mint starfish named Sandy. I created the bottom of the sea so she can feel at home.
I am SO excited about my latest design!! I had this wonderful handpun yarn in my stash for a little bit now, I just kept waiting for it to tell me what it wanted to be. I can assure you that it was worth the wait because it has launched a new design and line of hats for me and I love it!!! Here Come The Critter Hats!! look for new hats in the near future in new exciting colors and textures!

I am always on the lookout for snakes, but it is rare to actually see one at Ragged. This happy little fellow was sunbating on one of the first warm days of spring. I almost stepped on him! Worse, my dog almost stepped on him! Luckily we were able to take his picture and leave him alone.
