This actually sounded really good and was pretty decent:
Crispy wokked squid + Caramelized vegetables + cauliflower puree + aged gouda + rocket + almonds + lemon aioli + black olive oil.
Conclusion: Fancy schmancy ingredients with fancy schmancy prices at a shi-shi place with food that is so-so to the taste buds and leaves the patrons still hungry.

From Nigella's recipe for a Kiddiefeast, but becuase it's for adultifest I added a tablespoon of Jack's finest to adultify it.

All about the details: from the crumpled paper bag on the donair plate to simulate the take-out meal feel to paper liners stamped with “Hopgoods Foodliner” wrapped around each crispy toffee bar.
Everyone raved about the chicken, crispy and sweet on the outside & tender and juicy on the inside. My aunt's secret recipe, all she will say is that they take 4 hours to cook.
I last had this at Sanur, and I thought it was awful then - sweet, crunchy and very hard. It wasn't so hard here but I still don't like them crunchy.
Taken last night from my front porch as a thunderstorm blew through. The rain came down too hard to stay outside long enough to capture the entire show. I only wished I had some marshmellows to melt.
And now we enter into the assembly stage of the experiment with crispy shredded pork, red wine raspberry chipotle tomatillo sauce, spicy guacamole, and shredded Manchego cheese on a soft taco. I have never been a fan of hard tacos probably because I have never had a good one. So soft tacos for me.
