Since it's still FREEZING outside we decided to hit the Bird Kingdom again today.

This third time was a charm and I came away with some images I'm really happy with. This was my favorite and I'm not even sure how it turned out the way it did.

I've been having fun in SL lately, and something has started bothering me... I am female BTA but I don't want my avatar to be forced to be any one thing. This isn't some big coming out, I use she/her pronouns irl (please feel free to share your pronouns with me, I want to respect people even in small interactions), I guess I've always dressed a little androgynously, but please don't feel forced to refer to me in SL in... anyway. I am an it, a creature, a being, I feel like these images represent a core form for me. My inner chaos goblin... thing? I crawled my way over to the Hollybrook caves to stretch my wings a bit today, sure I could just fly around town but there's nothing quite like listening to the echoes of water in the cave while you float... in the air of course, I hate the smell of soggy cheeto paws. It's a nice walk through the forest to get there, and the fall air is starting to bite here, the breeze felt quite lovely through my fur. An awesome looking Veterinary practice in Hervey Bay. As well as what you see here, on the building next door are two life-size elephant heads, one white the other blue, a large metallic eagle, geese and the cutest birdhouse complete with pot iron stove. If we lived there and had a pet I think that would be our Vet. So cool.
