screamer creature no background but if I was to make one it would probably be a desolate city scape with more screamers all chasing after you with this one in the front screaming for others to follow. detailed close up on this image show highlights of the body including the puss filled hole on arm and side of butt/leg. head structure is distorted for a larger mouth and painful squinting eyes.
