Omg, the story behind this picture is so funny! I was in New York, sitting on a bench in Central Park, taking photoes (of course), when af squirrel ran by and i started taking photoes thinking, OMG im lucky... But then it started running towards me.. Closer and closer, and i started to panic because i suddenly was extremely scared of this creature. It sat on the top of the fence, 18 cm from my camera and my mom started shouting "TAKE PICTURES" and so i did.... Really annyoing that i cant take close-ups...
I sure wouldn't want to bump into this creature in the forest. It's crazy looking! This was at the summer palace in Beijing.
Silly creatures, spray painted on the walls of a railway station. Too bad about the railing obscuring the view, but this was the best position I could find. Oh, and be careful at nights when the moon is full; for that is the time during which they come alive. And if, during that time, they manage to bite you in the nose, you too shall become one of them and find yourself on display on a wall somewhere the next morning ...

Creature is a research and development performance and digital media project exploring the conditions that are most conducive to creating ‘imaginary creatures’.
It will examine the creation of ‘imaginary creatures’ within an audience generated and interactive theatrical context, and includes a programme of workshops led by pioneering digital media artists in collaboration with electronic musicians, dancers and physical performers. The workshops will be informed by a series of consultations with psychologists and programmers, to explore the ways in which we bring fictional creatures into existence. This R&D phase is the first stage in our long term aim to develop a major theatrical performance utilizing the techniques and approaches discovered and tested.
This workshop took place at The Roundhouse, Camden, London.
With Students of Circus and dance, led by SDNA and movement director Sarah Perry.

not sure how or when it started, but Peeps creep me out. visions of popping one in my mouth and having it expand and grow until it blocks my airway entirely. eeeek!
This is a creature who has difficulty in vision, so a lamp post at it's back with specs on it's eyes.
It moves fast and only active at night, morning, it is blind.
