A peek into my home studio/office. I spent some time tidying and organizing the space this week, and put up a few more decorations on the walls to cover up the white. (I hate plain white walls, especially in winter). I have to keep the space as tidy as possible because it's very small.

Storrusten’s piece titled "Erotic Celebration” was offered to Ruinart during a celebratory gala on November 3rd, thrown specifically to honor the artist’s contribution to the campaign. The event was held at a Seattle’s downtown gallery Ouch My Eye, where guests gathered to gaze at and pose with the thirteen-foot high work of art, mingle and drink Ruinart champagne. Representatives of Ruinart distributor, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA.; John Santos and Shawna Anderson were in attendance to accept the piece on behalf of the champagne house.

This client wanted his old Ford truck lettered to look like it might have been done 50 years ago. I mixed up the paint with a bunch of clear and flattening paste to accentuate the strokes and give it a faded out look.

My studio needs an overhaul but I'm at a loss over where I should begin. It's an attic bedroom that we also use as the kids art space.

This is my sewing desk and iron, the blonde cabinet houses an antique singer but is usually piled high with project overflow.

This is a design we did for our fab shop. Most of the projects we do have to do with signage and branding, but a lot of our projects involve making things. This is where our Fab Shop comes into play. We can make just about anything out of any material. We make hard to find parts and pieces for aircraft, race, automotive, marine, industry, and just about anything else you can imagine.

Highgate or Jackson's Lane Wesleyan Methodist church was opened in 1905, on the current site at the corner of Archway Road and Jacksons Lane. The building was of red brick with stone dressings, designed in an early Gothic style included a Sunday school and was designed by W. H. Boney of Highgate. The church seated 650 and the schoolroom 400. Jackson's Lane was well known during the 1960s for its community work. The church was closed in 1975 and reopened to begin its new incarnation as an arts centre and centre for the North London community.

Office refurbishment in Canary Wharf, London for a financial client. The brief was to create a more inspiring working environment by targeting previously underutilised areas of the existing offices.

Previously uninteresting meeting rooms located throughout the 12,000 sq ft floor were given a radical face-lift with full height photographic images and use of colour across furniture and flooring. The spaces, both open and cellular, are now creative areas successful both in their intended use as well as creating focal points in the open plan floor.

The breakout area has been integrated with the previously separate tea point to create one large open plan space with zones for dining and food preparation. A large circular meeting table with blackboard ‘cocoon’ provides a great area for team lunches and brainstorming sessions. A full height, panoramic forest image provides a focal point and combined with the use of natural wood throughout creates a relaxing environment for personnel to utilise throughout the working day.

so it's a long story, but i no longer have access to my study ( or much else of my house T_T ) so i've had to shift all of my creative stuph into my bedroom..

my desk just won't fit in here, it's huge, so i'm currently using a buffet / sideboard ( ? ) as a work surface.. it's uncomfortable and ugly and i HATE it, but that's kinda the point of the photo cos psym'n has bought me a new desk for my birthday next month !!

so this photo is to forever remember the most physically uncomfortable creative period of my life, cos in one month i'll have a new desk and a new space that'll be close to perfect !

( 'perfect' of course would be me getting my f@#king study back !!! )

I took this of my craft room where I scrapbook at. I have storage for all of my various crafts...sewing supplies, fabrics, beads, paints, yarn, stamps, paper, scrapbooking supplies etc.

We produced 15 custom logos for these Epiphone Les Paul Standards. The logos have an epoxy finish that is torched out to produce a stunning glass like finish. It also dimensionalizes the logo making it tactile.

My 12' X 7' sewing room. . . . I used found, thrift store, hand-me-down, and liquidation sale furniture to outfit my space.

The co-working habitat of the Creative Space in Bryan Texas. These guys have it going ON. And I asked a lot of challenging questions about "well if a big job comes in how does it get passed out?" and similar. While I remain somewhat skeptical of co-working as it is a commons and by definition commons are typically abused without tolls or legislation, they do seem to have struck a balance. And given participants in The Creative Space are charged rent, there is a toll that should limit interlopers on the space.

Can anyone help me tag this with everyone's names please?

An inspiration board made from an old cork board (also found in the storage shed) and covered with scrap batting and a skirt. A vintage thrift store scarf and hanky hang nearby.
