Office refurbishment in Canary Wharf, London for a financial client. The brief was to create a more inspiring working environment by targeting previously underutilised areas of the existing offices.

Previously uninteresting meeting rooms located throughout the 12,000 sq ft floor were given a radical face-lift with full height photographic images and use of colour across furniture and flooring. The spaces, both open and cellular, are now creative areas successful both in their intended use as well as creating focal points in the open plan floor.

The breakout area has been integrated with the previously separate tea point to create one large open plan space with zones for dining and food preparation. A large circular meeting table with blackboard ‘cocoon’ provides a great area for team lunches and brainstorming sessions. A full height, panoramic forest image provides a focal point and combined with the use of natural wood throughout creates a relaxing environment for personnel to utilise throughout the working day.

A studio in the garden with lots of southern and eastern light

My office had white walls just like the living room. I wanted to make it GIRLIE, so I chose PINK, hehehe! It's kind of like a pepto pink, but I LOVE IT!

My office is definitely a work in progress.

The Pre-war industrial power station, decommissioned in 1971, became a place for the homeless and scene for graffiti artists until it was renovated in 2000. Now a multipurpose centre for the Arts and entertainment hub in Brisbane.

On top of the new piece of furniture ... Repurposing strawberry baskets to hold my currently in use stamps & ink pads ... or for masking tapes & return address labels, thank you cards ... for the shop.

Stocking up again, before we leave ... weeks will pass by so quickly. These were bought in "La Droguerie", Paris. And they're part of my birthday gift. (April 25th 2009)

I took this of my craft room where I scrapbook at. I have storage for all of my various crafts...sewing supplies, fabrics, beads, paints, yarn, stamps, paper, scrapbooking supplies etc.

This client wanted his old Ford truck lettered to look like it might have been done 50 years ago. I mixed up the paint with a bunch of clear and flattening paste to accentuate the strokes and give it a faded out look.

I still have more I want to add to these shelves, but light was getting low and I wanted to get a shot in before dark.

Addition to my studio picture set

BLOGGED here (psssst, my shop is three years old tomorrow)

Here you can see two of my favorite storages. In the white set of drawers I have stored my favorite papers like vintage sheet music, vintage wallpaper pieces, cardstock etc. pp.. In the little drawers on the left I collect small embellishment pieces and on top is one of my ribbon organisation drawers. I think enough desks are very important in a studio as well. I have 3 desks in my studio. One is more or less for the pc, printer etc., one for my soldered jewelry equipment and one for paper works.

My New Craft Room. With lots of hidden crafty bits. Lots of light and creative vibes.

This is going to be my Creative Space.

Ordered furniture, and they got delivered today ...

This is in a corner of the living room.

My sewing room in our new-to-us old farmhouse is just 12' X 7'. . . and it's perfect for me.

A rescued-from-the-trash wood hutch, some of my fabrics (mostly reclaimed,) thrift store storage cart, a hand-embroidered tunic of some kind (anyone know?) to disguise the hot water closet a little.

I'm re-doing the room where I do what I do (what the heck ever that is :)

That room has to be organized and full of things I love to free my imagination~

like making softies like this one I had made last year (but maybe not in felt)

I painted this small wooden chest of drawers in a shabby white today.
