Fair & Creative 2016 - Ein innovativer Kontrapunkt zu klassischen Recruiting-Events
Fair & Creative war bereits 2014 und 2015 voller Erfolg!
Die beiden Salzburger Praktika-Matching-Events des Kompetenzforums CITY LABORSALZBURG und des CAREER CENTERs der Universität Salzburg im Jahr 2014 bzw. 2015 waren jeweils erfolgreiche Events im Theater im Kunstquartier.
Mit dem neuen Kooperationsparter ARGEkultur wurde das bereits bestens eingeführte Eventformat in einem neuen Rahmen bzw. neuen Haus fortgesetzt. Präsentationsstände, Kurzpräsentationen im PECHA KUCHA Format und Speed Networking waren auch im 3. Großevent die inhaltlichen Säulen.
Mit dem Anspruch der InitiatorInnen von Fair & Creative - Romy Sigl, Günther Marchner, Bernhard Jenny (alle City Labor Salzburg), Martin Mader, Alexander Seifert und He Fang Liang (beide Career Center/Universität Salzburg) - Studierende mit Kreativ- und Kulturbetrieben zusammenzubringen, richtete sich Fair & Creative 2016 verstärkt auch an Startups.

this one is fun because I feel like there are a lot of dimensions but they're sort of backward because of the placement of the mirror.
Sometimes I meet the most interesting people to chat with.
I asked this guy how long it took to do all this ? He replied , it was a labour of love. He said he had been to every Province in Canada & travelled the Western US. He's quite the character & very funny. An older Asian man & I got a big kick out of his sign on the truck.
Inside the trailer were nick knacks from all his trips. Out of respect I didn't take any shots inside but it was " interesting ! "
He said today was his last day out as he was going to put this away for the winter.

My research is about the synthesis of creative writing and things we don’t usually think of as creative, even things we don’t think are acceptable. My work is inspired by first-person accounts, my own memories of growing up surrounded by both ’clean’ and ’dirty’ women, surgical records, chemistry lectures, and archival material from the Paisley Shawl Museum and The Hunterian Museum. I’m using found language from unconventional sources, images, and weaving to explore Dirt in all of its possible literal and metaphorical senses: disease, mud, gossip, slander, and the by-products of industrialisation and deindustrialisation, including the people left behind.
