I borrowed a monkey costume (Emily's) without pockets, and figured the way to say thanks was to return it with a banana accessory with pouch space (and a strap).

Teens were given blank folders at the beginning of the summer and they had the option of decorating it. A prize will be awarded to the most creative. Here is a selection.

Not much crafting time today so I just made a simple skirt for my Blythe Bobbie Wickham.
The fabric and ribbon was received tonight in a swap. Simple elastic gathering with the Bonfit elastic wizard foot. I haven't used it in ages but I still need to hunt up the manual for my serger so I can learn how to use the elastic foot for it.
The quilt she is standing on still needs to have the binding stitched onto the backing.
I picked up a smallish table at Costco (4'x2') so I could have a place to craft in my bedroom. So far it's working out fabulously. I need to work on getting some shelving put up in my closet to hold all the plastic 12x12 containers I have stacked up. But I'm just tickled to have a place by the window where I can leave my die cutting machine out and not have to keep dragging it out and putting it away.
