Beer on the left is called "Busted for Possession" and it's a mix of 1/2 Stash IPA and 1/2 Convict Hill. It's the only dark beer I fancy.
The beer on the right is called Power and Light, and it's exactly what it sounds like. A light beer with a lot of power to it! It's excellent on it's own, but doesn't play nice with Ambers. Does play nice with cigarettes though.

I have 3 bottlecaps from these folks: a red one, an orange one and this nice green one. I like the great, simple, graphic illusration.
No need for a murky beer to be a good-tasting beer!
"The rate of sedimentation of an idealized spherical particle in a liquid is directly proportional to the difference in the density of the particle and the liquid medium, the acceleration due to gravity, and the square of the radius of the particle, and inversely proportional to the viscosity of the liquid. "
In other words, particles in a liquid settle naturally under the influence of gravity. If beer is left alone for a sufficient amount of time, it will clarify itself.

Most of the brewed delights of Japan readily available are mass produced tapwater and light beers. If anything Japan has made me learn to appreciate what I once considered undrinkable, and I now enjoy the stuff, and once back stateside I will no longer turn up my nose at such delicacies as millerlite and ironcity.
However unfortunately there isn't the strong precesesnce of the microbrewer over here. There's no Brooklyn or Dogfish Head or Flying Dog or whatever your flavor is that ships stuff off to the rest of the country. Luckily for me I live the next town over from one of the few breweries that also produces their own beer; Nagisa.
The American Wheat is a pretty standard wheaty beer. Not exactly sure why it's "American" other than that it's not as heavy as say a German wheat beer would be.
Cabin Fever Pale Ale, Berkshire Brewing Company
Judy sampling some Cabin Fever Pale Ale during a tour of the Berkshire Brewing Company in South Deerfield, Massachusetts.
The Cabin Fever pale ale is copper amber in color, this medium bodied ale has a great balanced flavor. A fruity spicy hop finish compliments in malty caramel taste. Think of English pale ale dry hopped with German Tettnang hops. This ale was made to sustain you during the long New England winter. 6.3% alcohol

India Pale Ale (IPA) is a hoppy beer style within the broader category of pale ale. The first known use of the term "India pale ale" is an advertisement in the Sydney Gazette and New South Wales Advertiser in 1829.
