Initially these cows were up the top of the hill. I’d hoped for a lovely shot of the mountains with the cows in the foreground. As soon as I hopped out of the car to snap them, the entire herd came running down to the fence and ruined the shot Just outside of Methven

I don’t usually refer to cows as pretty, but I did find that this cow was.

Saw some cows on the flats of the Norfolk Broads and time to play with some double exposures. The landscape and the cows in the fields created a beautiful scene already in my mind.

Cows on summer vacation in the mountains, Valdres, Norway

With loads in tow 4 matching ex-NdeM E60's roll north around the big curve at Cow Springs and start off into almost no mans land with little access until Kaibito. Jim Pinkney and another railfan from Colorado can be seen shooting off the road that parallels the curve.

The Cow Tower is an artillery tower by the River Wensum in Norwich, Norfolk, England. Built between 1398 and 1399 by the city authorities in response to the threat from France and indigenous English rebels, the tower was intended to defend the north-eastern approach to Norwich with hand cannons and bombards. It stood apart from the main city walls, close to the river where its height would have allowed it to fire onto the higher ground opposite the city. The tower was designed to hold a garrison when required and was well furnished, probably using different floors for dining and sleeping.

I went out in sunshine without changing my camera from 3200 ISO and so had to do some severe processing, but I like the result.

The road I take daily passes by tons of cows, and I never get tired of watching them...

Haha. This cow just made me laugh.

I'm doing "cow" cupcakes for a one year old whos nickname is missymoo!! (My daughters old nickname!!) Wayyy behind as usual!!
