Decorative Sampling Experimentation

Spring/Summer 2014

This picture shows how I develop ideas through experimentation in my coursework, which was on the subject of the human anatomy. The text in the photo explains how I experiment with creating different tones with different gestures.

In my coursework project in looked into natural form and the intricate patterns and designs of nature. I used Alexander McQueen as inspiration and developed samples from his work.

In response to the theme of Mental Health and inspired by the photographer Josephine Cardin

This was my first initial idea which matches my first development of ideas in which i designed a house based on my clients needs and wants.

I made models of shells of mod rock and garden wire for my fine art coursework.

nearly ready to hand in! will print it out again with a few changes then i am free until an economics lecture at four!

Digital typography final piece for AS level coursework unit.

The finale fully edited image of my college photography unit the brief was to make an advertising campaign for a company. and after researching old canon print campaigns I came up with this.

 

the closing shot of the campaign whilst looking like the simplest it took the longest to get right for me this shows adaptability from portraits to the product, by moving the lights and taking the shot at multiple different angles I got a picture that shows of the product perfectly. this image required the most time on post-production as well as the camera pictured had a lot of cosmetic scratches and other issues that lead to a a lot of time with the spot heal tool

created in 2014. my designs i produced for btec art and design: fashion and clothing. theme contrasting patterns.
