This is one of 19 Danish CDV's from a Victorian photo album from Sheffield, Illinois. The other photos in the album are nearly all by two Sheffield, Illinois photographers, W. H. Morse and L. A Carroll. Sheffield has the oldest Danish Evangelical Lutheran Church in North America. There were a number of families from Denmark who settled there just after our Civil War.

Couple enjoying a typical Florida sunset. Hard life they have. More info, sunset was all but gone, everyone was leaving the beach (no see'mees were starting to bit) and then I spotted this couple enjoying the sunset. Could not resist climbing into the shrubs to get this one.

A shadow couple for Smile on Saturday "Crazy Couples"! I spotted this photo opportunity one evening at RHS Hyde hall. This couple were having a picnic on the other side of the tent wall and the evening sun cast their shadow silhouettes just as you see them here! Happy "Smile On Saturday" everyone and have a great weekend!
