I thought it might be fun for once to say 'screw accurate color" and just experiment with different colors and the moods they create. So here's 2 very different versions of the same image...I'll be interested to see people's reactions and if there's a strong preference for one version.
These REALLY need to be viewed large and on black to best enjoy them.

The weather here was super hot the end of June and my kids were starting to go crazy being in the house. We found that one of our eavestroughs is leaking and went out to look. My kids went crazy jumping around playing with the water to cool down. These are my daughter's hands trying to catch the raindrops. :)

I wonder if it's so healthy as they say it is. From the heat of sauna (100-110 C) you go almost directly to the lake (+2 C) and then you feel like going to the sauna again, and so on. Same in the summer here.

This is one of the buildings in "downtown" Mapleton. I liked its architecture and loved the red tree across the street. Again with the annoying power lines, though. Oh well.
