Drax Power Station from Underwit Wood, between Camblesforth and Carlton. Built in two stages (1974 and 1986), it is the UK's newest and most efficient coal-fired power station. Capable of producing almost 4,000MW, it is also the UK's largest. The plant, floated on the Stock Market in 2005, is owned by a number of financial institutions.
What kind this is, I’m not sure, but it is a cute little tail dragger anyhow. and as for cool. this past couple of weeks we have been staying right around minus thirty degrees, and that’s without the wind chill added in. But this is Alaska . . .

This 1961 Ford Sunliner convertible appeared at the 2011 Kansas City Car Show held in Bartle Hall in Kansas City Missouri. Notice the optional Lincoln Continental backend. It was and is still a Cool 61. Best viewed with black background.

Cooling towers at Ironbridge Power Station, Shropshire, UK. This is coal fed and I believe due to be demolised at some point.

The only cool place in Northern Germany this summer... in the Baltic Sea. Never thought I would do this at sunrise, usually it is too cold here :-)
Inside the Bayes yard in Dairy Flat. The people at Bayes are so friendly and awfully welcoming to bus spotters, it's nice to see them making a killing on the Hibiscus Coast as well! Hopefully they will be able to expand to passenger service in the future, that would be cool! Taken on 08/10/2018
Looking at the cool tower from 'outside' and inside of the space it cools. On the 'outside' view on the right, breezes blow through corrugated panels saturated with water. The desiccation of these panels cools the air, and this cool air falls down to the base of the tower and out into the space that it is to cool.
There is a formula for the size of the tower as related to the size of the space it cools. I've had the opportunity to experience a couple of these, and it's remarkable how effective they can be.

I was in a big traffic in Beirut.I saw this couple talking,argueing & joking in fancy car Jaguar.This guy might be american,cause he was speaking english (american accent) so when I saw them arguing,I took my cam to capture a picture of them while arguing,but I couldn't took tat picture,cause the guy noticed that I wanna photograph them...The gal also started smiling & I captured.
I think I mad their day with my shoot.
After the shoot,the guy started to tell us his funny jokes.
"Never date a woman!Can't you see how they are?They always argue..."
You guys are very cool!

Oh what a complex world we live in. A simple grass with its amazing flowering head of seeds and germination. This beautiful looking grass was among many sitting in a field where it has grown all summer long ready to bloom and repeat the process of life again through its procreation during the cooling season of autumn. Of all the many grasses, I chose this one to photograph.

There's no ranch in Europe. Apparently it's an American thing. Naturally Cool Ranch Doritos would be Cool American.
I have to be honest, being near those marvelously massive camel made me nervous.
I was stereotyping that in the back of the mind of the camel, i might be doing something that he might be interpreting as being aggressive behavior.
with ease and cool about it, the camel passed by me and as if he was saying, Dude you're in the middle of the road ! step aside or one of us will be road kill !!. .
