I didn't think this was interesting enough to post by it's self, so I figured I'd do another before and after, obviously. Headshots aren't my usual style, feedback is always appreciated! :) Sorry for the lame background haha

Here's an offering at my favorite coffee-house next to campus. Looks like it would stick to your ribs.

This was more of a light test from my shoot with Shadows Of Tall Trees , i have some other shots with them up, but they're from a few outdoor locations we went to.. I figured I'd do a before and after, the only thing is that this was edited like the day i shot with them, which was only a few months ago, but from then to now my style has already changed somewhat and i think this is a lil overdone for me now, but its whatever, i wanted one of these up :)..

I typically dont post work like this, this is more of a just for fun messing around type of shot but i really loved the dof and bokeh i got and its probably one of my most successful free-lenses attempts.
So today my good friends Tabitha and Jamie picked me up to go on a little adventure. So we drove around and decided to go to the Indrio Savannahs which is where i have been wanting to go now for over a month but ever time i go it is closed due to burning. Guess what, they were burning again so we headed to some palm scrub area they knew of and walked around. We got to this paper tree and basically just sat around there messing around for a hour or so.
So like any photographer, i just kept snapping shots off the whole time and then i told Jamie that i wanted to try some free lensing shots with her and this is what i got, its nothing serious but it was alot of fun. She has a gorgeous smile and i would love to set up a actual photoshoot with her but she seems to think otherwise.
Hope everyone's week has been awesome and happy friday tomorrow!

My niece, Michelle, and I did a photo shoot at Sugar Mill Gardens today, and ended the day by stopping at Reed Canal Park where we had some wonderful animal encounters! Here, Michelle is photographing an anhinga as it dries its wings.

Irish Organic Coffee!
At last the endless beans are counted, and the socks are done in Round Two of Sock Madness 2010. ( I'm in the Sock Trek 3 division). An engaging pattern from YarnYenta, although it has to be admitted that the fine striping work was hard on the hands and very slow going. Worked these on 2.5mm circulars in Irish organic fingering weight wool in two natural shades, brown and grey, to avoid any risk of blurring when the socks were washed. They don't look great yet, because the yarn was worked directly from the factory cone. When they get a good hot bath, they will plump up and look much better.
