When planning meals for our recipe delivery service, we create new and inspirational dishes every week. This dish is a great example of how a rather mundane ingredient (the humble lentil), given the right treatment, can make the foundation of a delicious and satisfying meal.

I love softboiled eggs. Creating PERFECT softboiled eggs is not an easy task, however. Runny eggs or hardboiled eggs are mighty frustrating when you're sleepy, hungry and haven't had enough coffee yet. Cooking eggs is an art and I'm not alone with my obsession. Just google 'cooking eggs' and 14,300,000 results will pop up. Crazy. But I digress. I present to you today with the super duper Eggsact Eggtimer. An item that produces perfectly cooked eggs, every time. Perfectly cooked eggs = happy morning me.

I thought I'd freshen up my microwave pizza fingers with some fresh herbs, I saw some mockney chef do it on cooking telly so it seemed a pretty good plan, that and the guys are always on at me to eat my greens. Only problem was that I fell in at 2pm and the guys didn't get back till after work. Nice that they thought of taking a picture before they rescued me. I'm never touching ffresh herbs again, but don't worry about the pizza fingers, I had them cold with salad cream, much safer.
