This recipe includes chimichurri, a name banded about rather a lot in the culinary arena at the moment. The sauce originates from Argentina and the base is parsley, garlic, olive oil and oregano with spices such as cumin, coriander or paprika added. It is used as a marinade and on grilled meat.
