I hope you are getting a clear idea of my clear glass cookie/storage Jar that don't forget cost exactly one pound sterling and not 99 pence....:-)))
It is cheap thick glass with many imperfections (what can you expect for a pound) but becoming a thing of great beauty to me.. plus it comes with a grey plastic lid you know.........
once in a while I like to go to a bakery.
Next week I might post but I will not comment much. Busy time.

Cookie has been coming up for Miss Kitty’s food again. I think she has little ones under my shed. She doesn’t run from me anymore and still knows her name when I call for her.
The boys visited this weekend so these were ready and waiting although they did take most of the cookies home with them.

shortbread cookies are my favourite and Christmas without them wouldn't be the same. My Mum's recipe was the best. She started this tradition for me and my family. These aren't homemade but they are pretty good.

These cookies are great for using up sub-optimal eating bananas. The consistency is a bit chewier than a muffin, not as crumbly as cakey cookies and they stay pretty moist overall. They are what I like to refer to as excellent ‘breakfast cookies’ for the following reasons:
1) the texture is perfect with coffee
2) they are not too sweet
3) the banana and oats give the impression of healthy eating
If you really like ginger, try doubling it because the flavor baked away to a pretty weak undertone in the end.
P.S. - I am especially proud of this post because this photo is actually mine (not my ghost photographer’s work) and, at the risk of appearing overly self-congratulatory, I think it looks pretty good if I do say so myself…
Had plans on MM but couldn't get creative enough. However i tried some shots with this truck carrying some cookies i made today with some "little" help which made them look a bit unique. But they taste amazing

This ornament was given to me by a former co-worker. My nickname at work for a while was "Cookie Monster" due to my love for chocolate chip cookies from a local cafe. I hang it on our tree every year!
