This is from a Yelp Party that I came across at a local coffee shop called Sugar Brown's. The party was thrown to celebrate the positive reviews that this place received on Yelp. As you can see, they served red sugar cookies with the word Yelp on them.
I made these cookies for the fabulous Aileen of 'A Master Creation' for my first cookie swap. I was inspired by the wonderful fall weather we have finally 'earned'! I love this time of year, and wanted to express that it these cookies. I hope you liked them Aileen, cause I enjoyed making them for you!

As soon as Sunny was ready to tell everyone about his travelling stories, Wage and the other Uglies appeared with cookies! Not just any cookies either, Pepperidge Farm & Harrods cookies along with some Caribbean Rum Cake, that Purple bought in Antigua.
S cookies are one of my family favourites. Baked by our beloved late grand auntie Mebrure Kaya - now her granddaugher Çiçek Bayraktar bakes them just like our late auntie. When in Cyprus last, cousin Çiçek baked me a lovely surprise of the cookies that took me back to my childhood. Yumm

Hello, my name is Cookie Dough. I am a sweetheart, a soft-natured, kind-hearted girl who is mellow, loving and quite submissive. I'm friendly with everyone. I have a laid back, calm nature. I am such a soft soul, a real lovergirl with a heart of gold. I am 4 years old and I weigh 49 lbs. I passed my temperament test with both male and female dogs. I like other dogs and enjoy the companionship. I'm a smart dog. I walk very well on leash, which is enjoyable for both of us. I am content to just sit next to you, or on your lap, and get petted, scratched and loved on. Here are the shelter, I'm scared. But once I'm outside, I come out of my shell more. I just know that once I'm in a home with people who are loving and caring, I'll blossom into the confident dog that's inside me just waiting to burst out. I love people and will do anything asked of me. I just want to make people happy. I can't help it. I'm a people pleaser. I am a loyal, loving and devoted dog waiting for someone to find me and give me a chance at life. Could that be you? Adoption fee: $75. Adopt a pair: $115. I live at the Oakland County Animal Control and Pet Adoption Center at 1700 Brown Rd in Auburn Hills. You can visit me there any time the shelter is open. The shelter will not put me up for adoption because of my appearance, so my only way out of the shelter alive is through a rescue.

Inside the box of vegan cookies assortment.
This is a special packaging that I used for a gift that I'm about to mail out. I spotted these photo boxes at the store a while ago and I knew that they would make the perfect boxes for cookies. For course they are too pricy to be used in the assortment boxes I sell for fundraising. However, they are so elegant and sturdy for a special gift.
The inset window was actually empty. I inserted two cardstocks in complementary colour with my monogram in gold. So pretty!
So here we go again making our wonderful sugar cookies for the holiday season.
We have already made 17 doughs, which each dough makes approximately 60 cookies.
This tradition in my family is being handed down to us 3 daughters but I have the most practice, and will probably inherit all 2000 cutters that my mother has accumulated over the past 50+ years she has been doing them.
I just had to have this cutter, mostly for the mitten part of Michigan & I will post a finished/decorated version in a few days. Love this state, lived here all my life & enjoy ALL the seasons she has to offer all in one day sometimes.
Back to the cookies,,,,,,lol,,,,
I do make these for orders & usually have more than 40 Dozen going out each December.
More to come,,,,,,

Today has been a day where lots of ideas have been challenged and hopefully where some positive connections have been made.
The kids have sworn allegiance to gammon and eggs and have requested it for their tea for the rest of the week.
They were so full at the end of their tea, they didn't even manage to squeeze in their chocolate cookies.
Which is fortunate for me having left my 365 photograph until far too late in to the day today as usual.
