Grovely did some contract manufacturing development for Victory Reboot, before they moved their manufacturing to China. Victory Reboot had their own printing works and supplied printed board for cutting. This is a prototype using Ian Kent's Harvest for Two, cut at Grovely using one of the Victory Reboot cuts to demonstrate the stability of Grovely's printed board.
The cut is a diagonal design with rather fussily decorated whimsies (used for the 250pc La Chablisienne, in their Vintage Poster series).
I am fond of the paintings of Ian Kent and have a small collection of Wentworths, either bought from them or from Ian's own mail-order but now defunct site (Wildstar bedding). I was delighted to see Ian Kent amongst Grovely's artists, as it is many years since Wentworth included his paintings in their ranges. This is a favourite 'Harvest for Two'.
