On Library Snapshot Day, this WSL sponsored workshop--Managing Reference Service in a Small Library--was a standing room only event. The training took place at the North Central Regional Library System Distribution Center in sunny Wenatchee, WA. 35 attendees learned about reference services from Arta Kabashi, Amigos Trainer.

The training was a hit, as shown by participants' enthusiasm in sharing stories of service in today's libraries.
