I would first photograph Steve, the surveyor, on 26 November 2005 at www.flickr.com/photos/perspective/67116772/ whose name I did not know until today was born and raised in WDC. This picture was taken across the street from 20 M Street at the southwest corner of M and First Streets, in front of the Navy Yard Subway.
