On March 5, 2014, we kicked off the Meadowridge Library construction with a little demolition! The new Meadowridge Library opened at the end of 2014, followed by a community room and kitchen shared with the Meadowridge Neighborhood Center in 2015.
Best viewed large. There is a woman working on her motorcyle to the right in the shadows, a construction worker descending an upper story sair case , and there is an entire construction crew in an exterior elevator marked "Morrow" visible just under the lamp globes / beside the Market Theater sign.

Construction of a new passenger vessel for The Blue Heron Company Limited, Tobermory, Ontario, Canada. The boat being built will be named the 'Flowerpot Express' and will operate out of Little Tub Harbor, Tobermory. Vessel is being built by Hike Metal Products in Wheatley, Ontario (located 50 kilometers east of Windsor on Lake Erie)
From this view you can see the differing finishes in the structures. The more important, or ritually significant structures have walls with a higher degree of finish on their surfaces. For instance, the agricultural retaining walls do not have smooth exterior surfaces while the Temple of the Sun, in the center of this picture, has walls that are extremely well fitted and smooth.
Gav and Grum were so impressed with the new oval that they spent a few hours sitting in the dark next to it drinking beer. The view from the oval towards the city at night is marvellous.
Looking up along First Street, the construction of Home, the new arts centre for the city, is well underway and should be open in 2015.

Construction on the nature-themed playground and BMX pump track continue on March 1, 2023. The playground and welcome center are scheduled to officially open on June 1, 2023.
Clark Quay again- a shot of some construction going on by the river. A new condominium's coming up there I think. There's always construction goin on in the city. The landscape changes all the time.
