This is a remodeling project under construction by Brock Builders. We are general contractors in Asheville.
One of the two enormous entry driveways off of SW Loop 410 into the new Traders Village Marketplace in San Antonio.
Construction continues on the new headquarters building, part of the Central Campus in the industrial area at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. In view is the round steel framing for an awning. The new seven-story, 200,000-square-foot facility will house about 500 NASA civil service and contractor employees. The building will be more energy efficient than the current Headquarters building and will feature the latest in office and administrative building technology to fulfill Kennedy's role as the premiere spaceport for NASA and, increasingly, commercial entities. I got to spend a couple of days in Bahrain, a small island/kingdom off the east coast of Saudi Arabia. According to those that live there, Bahrain is a party town for the Saudi's, who go there for entertainment and the opportunity to drink alcohol, which is unlawful in their own country.
Bahrain has obviously benefited from the abundance of oil in the Middle East. It's history dates back thousands of years, but it is also home to some of the newest and most interesting modern architecture I've ever seen. It's basically a construction zone. You can see several high rises being built in the background. It's like that all over town.
Note also that there is very little green. The landscape is a barren desert and grass does not naturally grow in that climate.

my second custom bramble.
heavily modified and all that.
my idea behind it:
"those brambles were fitted with added upward/downward/turning flexibility around the waist, a wider chest, an elongated left arm to compensate for the longer body
and a long-reach excavation arm on the right.
the excavator shovel was worn like a glove and could be used on both hands.
they were very helpful in the beginning with knocking down smaller enemy hideouts, clearing away rubble
and digging trenches but soon got very clumsy and in the end became more of a threat than anything else.
they then made a very good first line of defence...
after a while in battle these brambles used to drag their knuckles and shovels on the ground behind them or use them as a means of support when standing upright.
also, the hoses of the hydraulic system and the length of their right extremity resembled a hairy gorilla's arm,
so the Gx.5 was soon nicknamed the 'Half-Gorilla' or, more often, 'Ape Brain'...
i really had a blast customizing this one -
a threeA WWRp DIY Bramble.
Brambles are part of World War Robot (WWR), a story and graphic novel created by australian artist ashley wood.
the toy lines WWR (1:6 scale) and WWRp ('portable' 1:12 scale) are designed by ashley wood and produced by threeA toys.
