Found this "Commercial Santa" in a consignment store... He's missing one hand,and he used to be able to wave at you with the hand that's now on his lap, but "a reasonably hand person" ought to be able to fix that mechanism. All according to the tag attached to his chest.

He looked a little forlorn to me...
