Prekestolen is a wonderful hiking destination, especially for children, who managed the hike in half a day. The effort was not only rewarded by the fantastic views over the Lysefjord, but also by the fact that I was able to show my children so many other things during the hike. The path runs across a plateau and a marsh called Krogabekkmyra. There were also a few tricky spots that were a little narrow and made us respect the height here.
A fantastic experience that we will remember for a long time.

Floral Confidence
This photo is a bit like catching these tulips in the act of their natural beauty, without filters or fuss. They look like they're strutting their stuff in front of the lens, proud of their brilliant colours, and rightly so! The lighting was also just right to highlight these stars of the day.
When she arrived in our home, she would cower when looking at anyone, or if we wanted to pick her up. Six weeks later, and she's happy and confident to be in a LOVING and SAFE home. :)
We discovered (the hard way) two weeks ago, that she is also epileptic. Here is her fundraising page:

The spectators massed(massaged) along the alleys of Paucartambo are livened up(led) by a big devotion during party(holiday) of Carmen's virgin which takes place every year. The Peruvians come from all the country to attend this incredible popular party(holiday).!
Confidence - originally designed as "Faith" by Alexander Kurth, folded by me.
20cm square of aquarell paper, on which i glued a 18cm square of very thin tissue paper, both generously given to me by liz :)
I already folded this design once, but i am not happy with the first try. i thought i liked the shaping of it, but i learned more and more, that it wasnt really good. I really like the stile of liz's paper, glueing a thin square of tissue paper on a slightly bigger square of aquarell paper, so i decided to give it a go. For me, it is an angel, shining in the dark, that's why i decided to name it confidence.
