Could'nt work well without this... and it earned me $$$$. :)
should have been called Xerox mouse since they pioneered this greatest breakthrough in computer ergonomics.
My last desktop was purchased in November of 2002, so it was time for a new one.

I had a baby 6 months ago, shes awesome! She is getting to the fun crawling age now, it makes it very hard to use my computer like I used to. I pretty much stick with my iphone. My husband spoiled me BIG TIME for our 4 year anniversary and bought me a camera and laptop to take/edit/share photos. For the past 3 years I have been using my phone, cameras that friends let me borrow, or for a while I had a Nikon D3000 that I ended up giving to my sister for her 16th birthday. I love my new "gear"!!! I really need to learn what I am doing though....
As in; the place where I design, build, and test computers. This was a customer's machine on test having undergone a rebuild. I don't normally do rebuilds BTW.
This Corsair 650 watt power supply is probably overkill, but better safe than sorry. It turned out to have way more plugs than I needed.
Testing ahead of the official start of the Sail Light Show at Canada Place (from December 6th to 31st). The computer graphic designs are generated by a series of $13,000 cameras controlled from an office at the new Vancouver Convention Centre. When that complex turns into the International Broadcasting Centre during Vancouver 2010, the show will be re-booted for the 10,000 media professionals coming to cover the Olympic games.

Computer arts listed me in their Timeline for the Year in Design. Huge honor to be in that publication.
Our new bedroom PC. Real small -- about the size of a mousepad and 3.5" high. I really like the SD slot on the front. We only use it as a web surfing/email/casual gaming PC, so I ordered the minimum/standard specs: AMD Athlon 2650e 1.6 gigahertz single-core CPU (only 15 watts -- basically a laptop CPU), 2 gb ram, ATi Radeon HD3200 graphics. 250 gb hdd, DVD burner, Windows Vista Basic. all for $249. I thought it'd be slow with Vista, but it's pretty snappy -- faster than the huge 5 year old Celeron PC that it replaced. Most people use these Zinos as home theatre PC's but they also work great as basic computers. It makes no noise at all. The fans are whisper quiet.
i don't think i have ever had a virus protector on my computer (maybe bc i was secretly hoping it would crash and force me to buy a Mac)....but it has been acting so crazy lately that i couldn't stand it....put a virus protector on it and found virus's on my computer stringing back from 2005! No wonder my computer completely crashed about 8 months ago making me lose all my old documents, photos, music, etc!
i fucking hate Dell. SUCK IT!
ps. this computer is STILL under warranty...anyone know the secret to either get my money back or get a new computer...it crashes ALL the time.....and Dell support (or lack there of) never does anything about it.
Address line A9 is needed to decode the extra ROM pages but is connected by a detatchable flying lead to enable easy removal of the extension ROM if desired.
The simpler logic chips have been labelled using the very useful 'Stickies' which sadly no longer seem to be available.
Also visible is the 'tippexed' out incorrect screen printed labels for the reset components. R11/C6
