While I was doing a full cleanup of my keyboard after having trouble with some keys, I got bored and took some boring pictures.

Macintosh IIe (plus Apple Floppy Drive attachment)
Macintosh 512K with original keyboard and slightly newer mouse, plus a Imagewriter II dot-matrix printer
A 1983 Sr. Partner Panasonic "portable" computer. It comes with a 4.77Mhz processor, and 256K of RAM. Works well, too.
Also, two 50MB hard drives, that weigh around 5 pounds each.
A long exposure of some serious work getting done on a Friday night.

My computer desk is rather messy, but it serves. The one on the left is my main desktop, which runs a Linux variant called Kubuntu. The other is a Windows machine I haven't finished installing.

After I was daft enough to drop some melting Magnum ice cream into my lovely Matias Tactile Pro, we decided the time had come to clean it properly.

I have a rather frustrating problem with my sound. When I turn the volume up, the slider falls back down to zero, all by itself.
I've replaced drivers to no avail. I've uninstalled so much software that my computer feels naked. The problem persists.
This is extremely frustrating.
You've got to love those moire patterns though...
