This is me with my first "computer". Clearly, a serious piece of hardware. And they worried that this thing was underpowered. I'm probably like seven or something in this picture, when my family lived in a house on a hill in Calgary. Maybe early 80s sometime.
I would also like to point out how *awesome* that outfit is I have on.
And to this day I still can't reliably get that bit of my hair to stay flat.
Anyone else remember their first computer?
Taken with Voightlander No1 and No2 focar lenses added to the Retinette 50mm lens.
Lens to subject distance 9 inches.
f4 at 1/30 sec.
Lens focus ring set to 4 feet
If Im going to work for my dad off of my lap top I am going to need more than one monitor because this is just too much!!
Day 4
One of my first transparent screens. The colors are way off. It's a bit out of alignment. I think I got the alignment figured out - just have to work on matching the color beter.

Waiting. These are just fun shots and absolutely boring and ho hum. I was waiting for my husband to finish up in a meeting he was attending. I was in the computer lab/room and took more than a few shots of stuff in there while biding my time.
This is where I spend most of my time. Totally addicted to World of Warcraft. I just sit in my corner all day long. All by myself.
