This sign has tips for saving. A small proportion of students seem to have difficulty with saving their files properly, and lose their data. So I developed these signs a few years ago to help guide them. They are on almost every "pod" or section of computers. The reverse side of each sign has different messages -- 4 sides total.

 

It's a lot of visual clutter, and we have trouble keeping the signs in place, especially in this area which doesn't have a large ledge, just a narrow wall. So I've been working on getting the info onto signs to post only at the printers, rather than throughout the building.
