My research work is mainly about containers... in computer engineering! But these are real containers, full of colors. I also like the way these four bridges (Concorde bridge, Victoria bridge and Champlain bridges, old and new) are present in this picture. What we don't see is the last bridge that connects the island of Montreal to the south bank of the Saint-Laurent river: Jacques Cartier bridge (from which I took this picture) !

Mes travaux de recherche concernent principalement les conteneurs... informatiquement parlant. Mais là ce sont de vrais conteneurs, physiques et colorés. J'aime aussi la facon dont ces 4 ponts (pont de la Concorde, pont Victoria, ponts Champlain, le vieux et le neuf) sont présents dans la photo. Il manque juste le dernier pont qui relie l'île de Montréal à la rive Sud du Saint-Laurent: le pont Jacques Cartier. Mais c'est normal car c'est le pont sur lequel je suis pour prendre la photo.

The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department in the College of Engineering at Colorado State University welcomes participants to the 2022 LaserNet US Users' Meeting. The meeting will bring together the LaserNetUS user community and facility scientists to discuss a wide-range of experiments, simulations, and diagnostic and measurement techniques related to the fields of high-energy-density and high-intensity laser science.
The initiative includes Colorado State University and its Advanced Beam Laboratory, home of the ALEPH laser. The ALEPH laser, which was developed in-house, is one of the most powerful in the world. August 16, 2022
