The Bill Barrett Corporation natural gas compressor station sits nestled at the junction of Nine Mile and Dry Canyons in central Utah.
This facility is just one part of a large natural gas extraction project on the West Tavaputs Plateau. It looks tiny framed against the hills, but it is quite large. Each of the fans along the long end of the main building are probably 20 feet tall.
