Started with spare sissy bar from Sakara. Modified the bracket plans from Paladin to include taller bracket supports and rigid strap metal and hardware from Lowes.
Commision for two friends. They specifically asked for the flowers, which I was worried about, as it's been a long time with no representational painting for me, but in fact I'm really pleased with the ened result. Luckily so were they!

Para reforzar el muelle y evitar que se estire hasta deformarse, le he puesto un cable interno de acero, unido con un pasador. Todo esto queda oculto en el interior del tubo una vez montado.

These were all built by me, just for this one project. Wood,... but I forget which exotic, aluminum flashing, two of coathangar, two of telephone wire, woven.
These were build solid, their forms tidied up, then dug out like a canoe. Their precise location in the final sculpture is undefined.
