The Dasaka, for all the cultural differences and living far far away, are basically a tribe of Ce-Matoran and Toa - wielders of Psionics. This power can manifest in different forms, depending on clan and chosen specialty.
Ayiwah's primary discipline is the soulsword: Willpower focused into physical form - in her case, that of a rapier. Fast as thought and never with a dull edge, she has used it to defeat many foes - oftentimes with one or both hands held behind her back!
Probably my trophy shot of the night.
Edit: Top right lamp silhouette taken out by Mladen.
Note: Some of you may know my misery regarding when Justice first came to Vancouver. I brought my wide angle lens and was denied by security because I had a "professional camera" (oh please). So tonight I brought my stalker lens and had a rematch with Justice hitting up the Commodore Ballroom. Sweet.
A detail of the previous piece.
Anyone who had a Commodore 64 with a shoebox full of floppy discs with 1000 illegitimate games knows what this one is about.
I've been sizing up old Commodore ads for a while now and really wanted to do a piece showcasing the system and it's many rainy Sunday afternoons spent playing Impossible Mission, Jumpman and Rambo.

An RJ Corman empty coal train creeps (almost as if carefully) around the tight curve of the Flemming Loop just outside the small town of Commodore, PA. The train had just Flemming Summit, now gliding downgrade into Clymer, PA where it would be loaded for its return trip. Snow had fallen the night before, as is often the case in these Pennsylvania mountains, and a few flurries continued to fall as the train finished its journey.

There is some incredibly and fascinating beauty in the old machines design. Exposing the beauty and recreating mood of their time is the aim of the project.
Could this be a Holden Commodore SS spotted in the states? It had the Holden emblems on the front grill and on the rims. I didn't see any Chevy emblems which would make this a Chevy SS.

Grant and I visited the Hostetler Hudson Museum Auction preview in Shipshewana, Indiana on August 3, 2018. Eldon Hostetler had established a stellar collection of Hudsons and their associated marques, showcasing them in his museum here in the northern Indiana Amish country. He has passed away and the collection was auctioned on August 4.
The only 1948 Hudson woodie station wagon ever built, this project (based on a Hudson woodie design study by Hudson designer Don Butler) was begun in the mid-1990s. Starting with a 1948 Hudson 4-door sedan, the restoration took over twelve years to complete. The car crossed the block here for $60,500
