On Dec. 4, the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce held its annual Holiday Party at Poppy's Time Out Sports Bar & Grill. The lack of entries for this year’s awards: only six, the executive Committee decided that our Awards Ceremony for 2024 should still go ahead.
A different approach was conceived this year to examine the awards given during the first quarter of the 21st century in the album called “Distinction” which included all sixteen projects given that award during this time. Our purpose was to judge, if you like, the “best of the best”. The judges determined a worthy winner for the retrospective John Norman Award of Distinction.
