Historical country house also to be opened to the public
As of 1 September, the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam will be using the historical country house, Trompenburg, as an extra location. Trompenburg, which is close to Hilversum, was built after 1677 by Admiral Cornelis Tromp (1621-1691), the son of the legendary Admiral Maarten Harpertsz Tromp. The residence, that was built to resemble a ship, will be open for use by the Rijksmuseum from 1 April to 1 October for holding lectures, small conferences and small-scale exhibitions. In addition, Trompenburg will also be opened to the public a few times each year.
A monument for the Tromp family
Throughout the years, Trompenburg House has been a home to different families, and has been in the care of the Government Buildings Agency as a monument since 1938. Cornelis Tromp, who was the commander-in-chief of the Dutch and Danish fleet, built Trompenburg as a monument for himself and his ancestors, his father in particular. The Tromp family's glory is the theme of the dome hall - which can be seen as the maritime answer to the Oranjezaal, the central chamber in Huis ten Bosch Palace. The dome hall contains the portraits of father and son Tromp and both their wives, portraits of the ships and the naval battles.
Decoration and exhibitions
Trompenburg will not be used for large exhibitions, as the country residence is too small. However, the Rijksmuseum is considering whether the house could be decorated with art works on a limited scale. Where possible, any art work that is selected will be in keeping with the themes of life on a 17th Century country estate and the maritime history of the period of 1630 and 1690.
Due to the limited capacity of Trompenburg House, the exhibitions as well as the lectures and conferences will all be small-scale. The house will be opened to the public once a month during the April-October season (six times in total). A steward will reside at Trompenburg House.
If you have any association with the US military you may be familiar with the Commander's Coin. A tradition in the Army, commanders at the battalion and higher levels can give out "Commander's Coins" as awards for excellence. The "coin" is traditionally passed to the recipient via a hand shake and always your picture is taken, ALWAYS. If you think I'm kidding try a search on "Commander's Coin" here on flickr. With a career that spanned almost 40 years, I somehow managed to accomplish some good things and acquired a nice collection of these coins. Most of the coins are round, this is one of the few that is odd shaped. It measures 2 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches tall.
FYI: I have many that I cherish and display but if you go to any pawn shop near a military base they are rather common, sad to think that the memories get pawned with the medals for a good night out.

I submitted to be in this event not just in honor of family and friends past and present who have served but 4 guys whom I hope had it better than it appeared to a stranger.
- The old watcher of 34th who had half a jaw and silently watched unseen horrors day in and day out for years.
- The Native American Chief (as written on his leather jacket by him) who had impressive presence and dignity.
- The Tank Commander of the 22 city bus route, who continued driving that tank for years and shouting commands at the dang uncooperative passengers - I salute you one last time.
- To Guy no thats his name Guy with his metal plate funny jokes and helping me out one time.
I hope others remember them well or better, but this is my tribute to them.

This European Starling looked a bit bossy to me. Starlings were introduced to the United States in the 1890's when an industrialist released about 100 of them in Central Park in New York City. There are now estimated to be about 200 million European Starlings in the U.S. And they reside year round in every one of the 48 contiguous states plus Alaska. I like their iridescence and find them kind of pretty. Though many consider them a pest.

Meet Spec Ops Commander Hammer Sharks! As you have probably guessed, he is a hammerhead shark that can actually walk and eliminate assigned targets with his harpoon rifle. His special swimsuit with a life support system allows him to stay outside water for hours. Don't let his smile charm you cause it will be the last thing you see before you die!
Dad, what does 'war monger' mean?
"Vladimir Putin."
That makes no sense.
"To humane people, no."
If I see any Vladimir Putins around here,
I'm going right for the throat.
"You and me both, kiddo."
(In 2016, there were an estimated 1,359,655 (3.9%) persons of full or partial Ukrainian origin residing in Canada (the majority being Canadian-born citizens), making them Canada's eleventh-largest ethnic group and giving Canada the world's third-largest Ukrainian population behind Russia and Ukraine itself. Most came in four waves: Pre and post WWI; post WWII; and after independance in 1991; many settled into farm country and life in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Long live Ukraine.
God damn Putin to hell.)

So first of all I bought this off of a Hong Kong Ebay seller named "tunghori". This is not scheduled to come out for the next 2 months or so. So I don't know how he gets figures so early. Anyway, this figure is a normal Clone sculpt obviously with a Sonic helmet. The rest is basically a repaint. His helmet looks just like Jet, the sculpt is perfect. He also comes with an extra pair of Sonic Sensors but with the communication antennas. The color is great, the articulation is great, the paint is "decent" but overall he's an awesome figure.
He will be on retail shelves within the next month or so.
5/5 !

After a 2 week hiatus, I am back. The reason for my inactivity is just pure exhaustion. But I’m back with some filler. Just expect little things like this for the next few weeks.
Anyways, if you know who this character is, then you have earned my respect.
As always, What do you think? Enjoy! :D
