Meh, it's much better in person. It features an explosion at the top right, a spilled acid tank, a shot up Torpogan flying through the air with blood tracks, and a wrecked Torpogan hovercraft.
The Torpogans are the mando-looking ones, and the SFF are the ones with Atlantis Torsos. The Apoc Wanderer I made last night is the Torpogan commander. Also, if you loo closely, there's an arm hanging off of the ledge in the back. :3
I hate the blurry photos!
C&C Requested.
I'm thinking about making a very greebley vignette, and then apply for the Corps.
I hope I can buy my own camera for YT, and better photos. ;_;
You happy? Now almost all of my photos are LEGO.

'It's so medieval!', remarked a passer-by as we ambled towards Strabrechter Heath past Heeze Castle. But take one look and you'll understand why this is not a medieval view at all.
In the Middle Ages moats like this strategically wide one served to protect their castle. That means there would have been no trees on its banks. Trees would have obscured the views over fields, swamps and heaths so you wouldn't have been able to see approaching enemies. Moreover, just imagine being an enemy commander and seeing those tall trees. That would be a field day! You'd just have your soldiers fell a couple across the water and there'd be a relatively easy scramble to the castle wall.
The inset shows the main gateway of the late seventeenth-century castle. Behind this structure there's also part of a twelfth-century castle called Eymerick (with various spellings down through the ages).
"If we're making a run, we'll need backup. My men are severely depleted."

It's been a while since I've uploaded, but I've been working on lots of content for release as we get closer to BFVA. One such custom is Commander Doom, a long-overdue figure that I've had designed for ages but never went through to make.
This one has is covered head to toe with decals on every surface of the minifigure, topped off with a painted CAC visor, a CAC waistcape, and a custom made antenna and helmet light. These are new items that I have and are available as a choice to be added to a figure, as each of these items are resin casted or hand made.
Speaking of resin casting, those Stormtrooper sets won't be the only casted set I'll be selling, so keep an eye out for more! As always, expect more, and I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Seen at the Basingstoke Transport Festival in August 2021. The Scammell Commander truly is a monster and I remember passing these on the A303 as they conveyed tanks to and from Salisbury Plain. The forerunner to the Commander is on the trailer. A Thornycroft Mk3 Antar built in Basingstoke, Hampshire. This Antar was built with a 16.2 litre V8 Rolls-Royce diesel engine.
Otočec Castle is a castle hotel on a small island in the middle of the Krka River in Otočec, Slovenia. It is the only water castle in Slovenia. The castle was first mentioned in documents in the 13th century, although the walls are said to date to the more precise date of 1252. It was once owned by Ivan Lenković, the chief commander of the Croatia-Slavonia march. The writer Ivan Tavčar set two of his novels at the castle, Otok and Struga and Janez Sonce. The islet is linked to both banks of the river by bridges and the castle has now been converted into a small hotel. Bradt Travel Guides calls it "one of the most famous hotels in Slovenia."

I went to the river earlier than normal today: not early enough to see Ostro 1, a tanker with snazzy RotorSails, but I caught this beautiful schooner in a fortuitous burst of sunlight...
Oosterschelde is a restored schooner, built in 1918 in the Netherlands; it carried all sorts of cargo and was once a banana boat; it can happen to the best of ships. It had various owners and roles before being bought and brought back to the Netherlands for a full restoration: it's now the largest restored Dutch ship there is.
Having "just completed the two-year Darwin200 Global Voyage" (following the route of Darwin's Beagle) it is on a 'victory lap' from Falmouth to London; as all do know, a ship wishing to visit London must first pass Gravesend.
The Pilot cutter Commander is sailing out to board a Pilot who will take the ship to London.

La semana pasada estuvimos en el Centro Termal y después de disfrutar de sus aguas, nos sentamos un ratico en la cafetería y de allí nos surgió una pregunta... ¿Qué tres libros salvarías?... (sigue)

Commander's Palace, nestled in the middle of the tree-lined Garden District, has been a New Orleans landmark since 1893. Known for the award-winning quality of its food and its convivial atmosphere, the history of this famous restaurant offers a glimpse into New Orleans' storied past and has been the go-to destination for Haute Creole cuisine and whimsical Louisiana charm. The winner of six James Beard Foundation Awards, Commander's Palace has evolved into a culinary legend.
When Ella, Dottie, Dick and John Brennan took over personal supervision of the restaurant in 1974, they began to give the splendid old landmark a new look both inside and out including painting the outside the iconic "Commander's Blue."
Now under the watchful eye of co-proprietors Ti Adelaide Martin and Lally Brennan, the Brennan family's dedication to perfection has never wavered. A steady parade of renowned chefs like Emeril Lagasse, Paul Prudhomme, Jamie Shannon, and now Tory McPhail have made Commander's Palace the world-class restaurant what it is today and its leading-edge Haute Creole cuisine reflects the best of the city.
Taken at the Village Green Car Show in Fairfield, Ohio.
When I saw this car's grill from a distance, I thought of Lincoln Zephyrs, but I don't think they made them in a 4 door model. I was a bit surprised that it turned out to be a Studebaker as I can't remember ever seeing one like this beauty. It looks like a classic restore job which has been done well enough to qualify for an invitation to a Concours de Elegance show. Like so many times, I only wish I could have found it in a more appropriate setting.
A prime example of a Stereotypical Post Apoc character. He's a former army Commander with a cocky (yet serious) personality. He has tons of weapons and armor, and everything he owns is, in fact, brown.
Iden Versio and her squadron has become some of my favorite new Star Wars characters. Until we get an official minifigure(s) for the Inferno Squadron, I simply had to create my own with ALL LEGO materials.
Credit to Jan T. for some initial inspiration. :)
I am currently working on a Vardos build for her. Coming soon!
Enjoy. :)

Through the creations that I build, I hope to inspire other young (or perhaps older) LEGO builders to unleash their inner creativity. We all need a positive way to express ourselves, so let's allow LEGO to be an extension of us. Your creativity belongs to you, and nobody can take that away. Build what you want to build, and how you want to build it.
