I learned to drive on a car just like this. A 1953 Studebaker Commander. I have always thought it was one of the most beautiful cars in the world. It was stick shift and so much fun to drive.

Props include an isolinear chip, and Spot. I have some better ideas on how his hair could be done, but the elements I'd prefer to use don't yet exist in the dark-brown color just yet. For now, this is the best I've come up with. Spot is from some of the new HP collectible minifigures, and Data's eyes are from one of the new HP Brickheadz.

(Might post up a view archives on here whiles at home having recently tested positive for covid) Here were Arriva North West VDL SB200 Wright Commanders 2625 CX07 CPN and 2626 CX07 CPO were seen resting on the layby in New Brighton before they go onto their next duty's. These Commanders are soon slowly being wiped out of the fleet with most of these have been withdrawn from service. 16/4/22

In 1974 I went to work for Frank Lotz Miller photography studio. Frank was the leading architectural-commercial photographer in the greater New Orleans and Louisiana area. We did this photo for Commanders Palace that was used for many years as their main publicity photo. Frank brought me with him when he took the shot. Notice in the accompanying image there is a large, ugly utility pole with power lines on the corner. Removing the pole would have been easy in Photoshop but this was way before the age of digital images. Anyone care to guess how it was removed?
HMS Suprise - 24 gun British Frigate. The ship was used in the 2003 movie Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World.

HMS Surprise is a modern tall ship, built at Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, Canada as Rose in 1970 to a Phil Bolger design based on the original 18th-century British Admiralty drawings. She is a replica of HMS Rose, a 20 gun sixth-rate frigate built in 1757.
The ship was inspected and certified by the United States Coast Guard and operated as a sail training vessel in the 1980s and 1990s, run by the HMS Rose Foundation based in Bridgeport, Connecticut, United States. Although she is known by the national prefix HMS, meaning Her (or His) Majesty's Ship, she is not technically entitled to it as she does not hold a royal warrant.
She was sold to the 20th Century Fox film studio in 2001 to be used in the making of the film Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, in which she portrayed the Royal Navy frigate Surprise with a story based on several of the books by Patrick O'Brian. After the film was complete, the ship was leased and then purchased by the Maritime Museum of San Diego which has restored her to sailing condition as of September 2007. The ship has officially been reregistered as HMS Surprise in honour of her role in the film. She sails several times a year, often with the museum's other tall ships, the schooner Californian and the 1863 barque Star of India. In 2010, she portrayed HMS Providence in the Disney adventure film Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.

1927 bekam die mittlere Baureihe den Namen Commander. Diese Modelle waren vordem als Big-Six-Modelle mit kurzem Radstand bekannt. In den späten 1920er Jahren hießen die Big-Six-Modelle mit langem Radstand President und die Standard-Six-Modelle wurden in Dictator umbenannt.
1927 got the middle series the name Commander. These models were previously known as Big Six short wheelbase models. In the late 1920s, the Big-Six long-wheelbase models were named President and the standard Six models were renamed Dictator.
Just need to tweek a few things decals wise and add the visor. Made him in time before the Clone Wars kills him off.

Here is one of the most beautiful Blue Heron's I have ever seen! I called him "Commander Blue" because he is just riding that log around the Lily Pond keeping an eye out for everything and everyone!

Meet Spec Ops Commander Hammer Sharks! As you have probably guessed, he is a hammerhead shark that can actually walk and eliminate assigned targets with his harpoon rifle. We hit the ground running on the Space Station ! We’ve been here for 48 hours and the whole crew is full at work on research. This is what will be a frequent work location for me: the European Columbus laboratory, early in the morning with no one inside, and super busy with 3 experiments and 5 people inside today! Looks like rush hour metro in London. Exciting times for space research!!! As we are 11 on the International Space Station and there are only 6 sleeping stations (soon we will have 7), the departing crew is camping out. Yesterday Commander Shannon Walker handed over the keys to Aki Hoshide who is now the commander of the second part of Expedition 65. The departing crew wore matching shirts. Crew-1 picked blue, we’re more going with the black and orange kind of vibe… The 11 people up here required spacecraft to got here so for the first time, we have 2 SpaceX Crew Dragons docked to the Space Station at the same time, one on the forward docking port (ours), and one on the zenith docking port (Crew-1’s). The good thing is that from their windows, you get an absolutely beautiful view of our vehicle… but not vice-versa (our windows face downwards, toward Earth. Our capsule is more beautiful anyway (yes, there is a slight change in the paint job)

C'est rare et j'ai la chance d'en faire partie : nous sommes actuellement 11 dans la Station. L'ISS ne comporte que 6 chambres (bientôt 7 ) et en attendant vendredi, l'équipe sur le départ « campe ». D'ici là, les modules sont très peuplés, on se croirait dans le métro à l'heure de pointe 😅 Laissez moi vous présenter en particulier Shannon Walker. Elle possède des diplômes en physique et astrophysique, a été contrôleuse de vol sur le programme des navettes spatiales, a travaillé dès 1995 sur la conception de l'ISS et elle a volé à bord d'un Soyouz ET du Crew-1. Elle vient de passer le commandement à Aki. C'est aussi la 1re fois que 2 Crew Dragons sont amarrés simultanément à la Station ! Le nôtre est à l'avant et celui du Crew-1 est au zénith.
