I picked up a copy of a McCain / Obama comic book in Chicago. It describes the events in their lives leading up to the current presidential elections in the US. Pretty decent artwork makes it another reason to buy.
Experimenting with photoshop session. I'm using some layers and blending options for this picture. I like the comic-look effect of the results. Everything you see here is the results from Photoshop only.
Again, this photo is taken from my bedroom window. i want to see how many different shots i can take from my window so that i won't have to walk far to get good shots. Hope u like this one. I posted the original in the comment section.

The May edition of Friday Social in Bangalore was one of the biggest, whackiest, and buzziest Social we have hosted so far. The theme for the month was Comic-Con, and it was wonderful to celebrate our superheroes, aka our team members. From a specially crafted superheroes menu to target practice game to save the planet, we had it all! There was also a special desk for team members to test their superpowers.

The name says it all. It's a comic and pop culture festival, packed with comic c...ompetition (Comic Character Battle, Comic Strip Competition), 15 local comic artists, comic market, cosplay, band performance, test drive Toyota Yaris, custom comic design Yaris, etc...
It was a two days fest, and I went to both. Met lots of old and new friends there, as well as my fellow Kompas Gramedia friends. The fun was almost never end :)
So that's the glider on the cover. I think you can now rebuild it much better, but I built this MOC in 2013 and was not that advanced with MOC's either.

I have the (unpaid) job of scanning magazines and comics for auction on ebay for the family business (the-genies-cave). I soon realised that they were quite arty and I thought that they might have a wider interest. Further, I discovered Flickr groups dedicated to comics! I don't know much about comics but I hope you enjoy the colourful nature and design.
