These little guys were very cool. They lack tentacles and nematocysts so they don't sting. Since they don't have tentacles, they use small cilia (along the glowing vertical lines) to propel them through the water. The lines of cilia also have a neat refractive capability, making it look like rainbows and beads of light were moving along their bodies.

This rooster is very much loved. His owners gave me the okay to proceed with with a general anaesthetic anaesthetic to biopsy samples his comb lumps. We are pending the his results.
