A little warmth at a cold time of year.

My son, daughter-in-law and my youngest granddaughter having a COLD time at White Sands National Monument in New Mexico. Made for some beautiful photos, though!

Erik Törner is a Tibet analyst from IM who last visited Tibet in January 2011.

”It was a cold time, hardly no tourists visit Tibet in winter time. On the other hand, as it is too cold to work for both farmers and nomads, they traditionally have a month of and go on pilgrimage. Thereby, all sights where filled with Tibetans, mostly from the countryside.

Dressed up for the occasion, and very curious to meet Westerners, they made it worth sleeping without heat or electricity in below zero temperatures.”

A welcome sunny day in a still very cold time of the year.

Former Soviet submarine rusting quietly in Amsterdam a forgotten relic of a colder time

90mm M8

To help all my Northern Hemisphere contacts during this colder time of the year - pleased to present to you this lovely shoot I managed to do the other day with Natasha and Vivi.

Time to end the pain, allow myself to grow cold

Time to free my heart, it can no longer hold

So, I'll end up saying what she already know

"I LOVE HER" more then I could ever show

I have told my heart, can say no more

I'll just curl my eyes now, and let me lie on the floor

Trandtruk was commissioned by by Songtsen Gampo in the 7th century and is one of his demonness-subduing temples (Jokhang being another). It is not big but very atmosferic - close to Tsetang.

I was stuck at home nursing either a flu or a cold (time will tell which one) so my photography options were limited. Thankfully Kepler offers unlimited opporutnities for dramatic photos.

This soccer player tries to make some money in this cold time with his little tricks.

very cold time, sat in a dyke bar drinking expensive and distinctly posh cider one friday afternoon, moochiing down into the paper, softly sloping into the drink, lithe snake into the drunk

I'm positive that you are thrilled to hear that we are keeping up our tradition. The weather, however, broke with traditions radically. Never, ever before in the past 20 years a blanket of snow has covered the Christmas tree farmland on the Day of Nomination.

We had quite a hard (and cold!!) time to make our choice - they all looked so beautiful and hid their respective flaws well. Our Chosen One may turn out to be a real Christmas surprise this year :-D

I wish you a wonderful Christmas time! ❤

P.S. Since my old photos are no longer accessible...

When the doctor asked me « what do you see ? »

I told him that I have seen men, animals, looking for heaven’s kingdom

That heat, cold, time have fractured the rocks and civilizations around me

Then the doctor prescribed me some zanax and valium

Here's a picture of both Mr & Mrs Miranda. Reinaldo and Joanne.

Black and white photograph taken during the course of a live football play. The game was between Cambridge High School and Wicomico High School. The crowd watches from the bleachers and sidelines. Other players can also be seen on the sidelines watching the play. A referee can be seen chasing after the players from the right. A few buildings can be seen over the crowd whom mostly have coats on, which indicates this was taken during a colder time of year.

Yumbulagang, Yumbulakar or Yumbu Lakhang or Yungbulakang (Palace) is an ancient palace in the Yarlung Valley, Nêdong County in the vicinity of Tsetang (Zêtang) in Southern Tibet.

According to legend it was the first building in Tibet and the palace of the first Tibetan king, Nyatri Tsenpo.

Yumbulagang may not today be the same building as legends says it is, but it is nevertheless a wonderful place and the views from the Palace is absolutely amazing.

The Palace is on a hill on the eastern bank of the Yarlung River in the Yarlung Valley - the cradle of Tibetan civilisation.
