If I had one of those crazy good cameras this picture would totally kick butt! Sooner or later I'll get one...but don't worry I won't think of trying to become a famous photographer....or even A photographer. Haha!
A Side Note: I've been working on some exciting things lately that I can't take photos of cause it will give things away. You know me, I like the element of surprise. Stay tuned!

Banks: President of the Royal Society, great patron of the sciences, responsible for the tradition of national coin collections in mints and so on shares space with a statue of Alfred Wallace.
What Banks didn't know about botany he was taught by the Swede Solander who in turn took the knowledge and ran from Linneaus. What Banks was far better at was wheeling and dealing. We are better for it.
The caption near this statue reads: The love I have always felt for the science of botany, and the ardent wish that a science in itself so useful, so engaging...should be offered to the youth of this country. The more things change, the more they stay the same. If only the likes of Banks could influence politicians now!
