Cognitive fusion...
When we treat our thoughts as absolute truth, we become vulnerable to negative emotions and unpleasant states. In a state of cognitive fusion, we believe our thoughts about the world, ourselves, and others are completely accurate, regardless of evidence.
This becomes problematic when we make decisions based on deeply ingrained beliefs, often formed in childhood. Our brains often treat these beliefs as unchangeable facts, shaping how we interpret the world around us and ourselves within it. These powerful beliefs can create the illusion that our interpretations are the only truth, leading to serious communication issues with others.
Decisions based solely on personal interpretations trap us in mental cages, hindering our ability to objectively assess situations and potential consequences. It's crucial to remember that beliefs, however strong, are merely our personal versions of reality, shaped by our life experiences, values, and biases.
When our view of reality clashes with someone else's, it often leads to misunderstandings, isolation, anger, and even violence – realities we witness daily. This highlights the danger of cognitive fusion, a trap most people fall into. When we become fused with our thoughts, they control us and our behavior. Stepping outside ourselves and critically examining our thinking becomes difficult when we're deeply immersed in our own heads.
Therefore, developing the ability to defuse, or detach from our thoughts, is paramount. Defusion helps us see our thoughts as products of the mind, not as reflections of absolute reality. Understanding and overcoming cognitive fusion is a crucial step in psychological development, leading to greater flexibility, adaptability, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth. Investing time and energy in this process empowers you to make better decisions, build healthier relationships, and live a more fulfilling life.
Remember, only persistent self-work can unlock this transformation.
Get out of your head and into your life...

"Raise the world's vibration by spreading kindness and positivity through your actions and words." D.M.
"Art activates the brain and beautifies the soul, leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life."
ABI RESOURCES
Art has been shown to have a number of positive effects on the brain, including reducing stress, improving mood, and increasing cognitive function. For example, viewing art has been found to lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol, while also increasing activity in the areas of the brain associated with pleasure and reward. Additionally, engaging in art-making activities, such as painting or drawing, has been found to improve fine motor skills and increase creativity. Some studies also suggest that art therapy, which combines art-making with psychotherapy, can be effective in treating mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
ABI Resources works with multiple organizations, including DSS, DMHAS, WWP, CCC, CCCI, SWCAA, WCAAA, Allied, Yale, UConn, Gaylord, HFSC, and more to provide the best care for individuals.
ABI Resources’ commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive community for clients is well known. They offer a variety of team-building activities, social events, and volunteer opportunities to help clients stay engaged and connected with others. This not only helps clients recover from their injuries but also helps them build friendships, create social connections, and gain a sense of belonging.

By writing this article, it became clear that quantum dynamics and gravitation dynamics are not related, and illustrating as such that separation by a transcendent embryonic cell, reckoning this vivid tapestry of the mind – imagination, kicks my mind back 65 billion years into a pitch black hibernating universal fabric. The perfection of nothing, dotted by an eyesight presence. Flawed. Suscitating an inadvertent wake up call. I asked myself a simple question; How? Seeing the universe gets about void of raw materials, without the hands to maneuver, and headless erects an assembly plant, furnishing with workbenches, and bringing the tools about to manufacture an ignition key. In absolute discretion, infinity without imagination in a turn of events ignites whining up an alternator. Sparking off in a combustion chamber fuel, and six in a series of attuned pistons, rotating a crankshaft. The breath of a purr, rev up, evolution pulls off, accelerating, amassing and swarms a transcendent-volition, a way through a zoological decors exploring a phenomena toward the birth of life on earth.
