Picturia Press was contacted by Dr. Jeffrey Zeiger to design his book, So I Think I Want To Go To College - a 5 x 8, 116 page paperback edition. Written after three decades in higher education, So I Think I Want To Go To College, Jeffrey Zeiger highlights tidbits of information that every high school student, parent and college freshman should consider for their first year in college and beyond. Jeffrey Zeiger’s journey into college and university life began in the early 1970s and continues to this day; lecturing and visiting with students and parents alike for success in today’s world. The colleges and universities where he taught helped shape his understanding and insights into what is important for success for the modern day student.

Went on a flickr break for over a week as my old and reliable Acer Travelmate laptop finally died. Pronounced dead on arrival to the service center. :(
Now with a come back photo of the gorgeous and dripping Stephanie. :)
The book is finally out! This is the whole story about the Lomo LC-A, a cult 35mm compact camera from Russia.
I worked on the production of this baby for more than two years and the final 6 months or so were really full on. The credit page alone took days as there are over 240 photographers and around 700 pages!
We chucked in some history of compact cameras and the LOMO factory as well as some illustrations from a Russian artist

Back in 2011 I spent seven months traveling around the world. This was not just a possibility to take a break from the normal life back home and explore the world, but also a unique chance to spend time to develop myself as a photographer.
Two years after I started this project I´m relieved and happy to finally achieve my goal. Hundreds of hours sorting, reviewing, rating and editing, and not least, finding a concept and narrow it all down to what it has become. It has been an exiting journey where I have learned along the way with great support and expertise from others, and by never giving up the project.
In the book MZUNGU, you will find the most memorable and interesting of my images taken during this journey. An exiting mixture of black & white photographs shot in Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa, India, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, USA, Costa Rica, Argentina, Brazil and Norway.
Mzungu is available for sale in Blurb Bookstore in the following editions;

This is a hand made book showcasing some of my images taken through my travels in India. From the Himalayas up north to the tombs in the south, this promises to be a short but great photographic tour of India! :)
Cooking with Love is a beautiful coffee table book idea we designed for one of our existing clients. As a birthday present, our client wanted to show appreciation for all the delicious home-cooked meals his partner has made for him throughout the year. Diligently taking pictures of each of these dinners, lunches and snacks, our client accumulated a great selection of images to use for this project. We created a charming display of those appetizing meals in this 100-page photo book.
Peru Adventures is a beautiful coffee table book design created for our client who traveled to the Cusco Region of Peru. Taking the cultural tour by way of the Orient Express, our clients visited the breathtaking 15th-century Inca site, Machu Picchu. They also had the opportunity to visit the tropical forest and amazon river by way of a luxury river cruise vessel.
No, you didn't read that book title incorrectly. The Girls With Crabs cookbook is designed for for a trio of ladies who started their business in a tiny wooden shack in Virginia that grew into a full-fledged seafood market with a restaurant and general store. They have appeared on television, featured in the news, produced their own line of sauces and by popular demand, now their own cookbook. Girls with Crabs cookbook features easy to follow instructions that allows any novice to create these simple, delicious and crowd-pleasing recipes!
A New Book (www.dickgarvey.com) and New Workshop blessed and supercharged my weekend,
Exchanged moving boxes for a moved spirit-my creativity now on the mend.

We've been fortunate enough to be designing the annual books for the Lewis Family for quite a few years now. Our client collects all the images taken over the current year for their family. Each of her four boys are very active and successful in sports, so they have a great deal of memories to celebrate. Along with holidays and travel, the books are around 200 pages each year. They then order one copy for themselves, and one copy for each of their boys to have for when they grow up and move away. What a wonderful tradition!
