This is like a small coffeeshop behind bars, but it is a restplace for the tourist shop personel. The actual coffeeshop is in front of the bars though :)

Smoking my first joint in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

coffeeshop // blue stove

a bakery/coffeeshop with communal seating and drool inducing bakegoods. the first time i went, they had recently opened and their oven was slightly out of true (what's the baking term for your over being not level?), thus the muffin crowns were a range of tasty mutations. the second visit yielded a muffin with a delicious growth. what will the future hold!?

Apologies to anyone who watches my photostream through an RSS reader - you've been slammed with twenty or so of these photos today because iPhoto's flickr plug-in decided to break. This is the final one, though, thanks for playing!

Spring break back on Walnut Hill, learning to appreciate and long for the finer things at Tufts. Incomparable friends, a good deal of children's theatre, and a whole slew of waffles. And Rosie's bed, of course.

amsterdam is famous for its coffeshops...

So used to editing in vivid colors, decided to change it up for the soft newborn look....boring?

Caffè Sole in Boulder led the trend with their free wireless. Years ago, we ran an antenna out from the back for one of the deployments. Nearby is what we told customers was the "WEP key". The only one exposed that way in the country!

Well, we told them that until one customer was having problems connecting, decided the problems weren't that we'd blocked him because his Windows box was infested with a worm, but were because the network was encrypted. The obvious solution, to him, was to turn off WEP with that "WEP key". Wups...
