This amazing machine creates the coffee packages out of a roll of plastic/foil, and packs the coffee. The packs are "vacuum sealed" by hand.

at a restaurant in the Alsace region in France-lot's of beautiful pottery... you have to understand my sister has an addition to coffee and this was pure delight for her....when I took the photo my two sisters were like "your taking a photo of her cappuccino?" and I said yup-it will make a great shot...
