Effetti positivi del caffè
Il caffè ha una vera e propria azione farmacologica, tonica ed eccitante. Il suo effetto principale consiste nella stimolazione del sistema nervoso centrale e, di conseguenza, in una più vivace attività delle funzioni psichiche (miglioramento della memoria, facilità di ragionamento...); dà inoltre un senso di benessere e di riduzione della stanchezza. L'effetto stimolante del caffè si manifesta anche sui muscoli e sulla peristalsi intestinale. La sua azione però è rapida e piuttosto effimera. Alcune ricerche hanno dimostrato che il caffè ha una grande eficacia nella dilatazione dei bronchi, in caso di febbre da fieno, rinite allergica, mal di testa, ipotensione, ipotiroidismo, brachicardia, obesità (non zuccherato).
Effetti negativi del caffè
I limiti di tollerabilità variano da persona a persona. Superando tali limiti gli effetti negativi del caffè possono essere: palpitazioni e disturbi del ritmo cardiaco, sudorazione eccessiva, tremori, acidità di stomaco, ipereccitabilità, depressione, insonnia, inoltre può provocare l'aumento della pressione sanguigna.

Qualcosa di leggerino, oggi... in previsione delle prossime feste!
PERE CON SALSA MOU AL CAFFE'
Cuocere 4 pere sbucciate intere con il picciolo in 1 litro di acqua con 50 gr. di zucchero e qualche chiodo di garofano.
Intanto preparare un caramello facendo cuocere in un pentolino 150 gr. di zucchero con 7 cl. di acqua; appena pronto togliere dal fuoco e aggiungere tutto insieme 1 dl. di caffè e 1 dl. di panna liquida mescolati. Rimettere su fuoco basso sino a formare una salsina omogenea. Servire nei singoli piatti.
TRANSLATION:
Cook 4 pears, peeled whole with the stem in 1 liter of water with 50 gr. sugar and cloves.
Meanwhile, prepare caramel by boiling in a pot 150 gr. sugar with 7 cl. of water, when ready, remove from heat and add 1 dl of coffee and 1 dl. of cream mixed. Place on low heat to form a smooth sauce. Serve in individual dishes.
