"Taco del mar"

This is the strip of code characters that appeared in the Shooting Code Across the Void photo next in this photostream.

NB: I had difficulty uploading it, probably due to the aspect ratio (10000 x 300 pixels), it didn't "look like a valid photo". Tried resizing it, and it finally worked if I made it taller (10000 x 1000), but I didn't like the looks. However, when I used the "replace" function from the image page, flickr allowed me to upload my original long photo. Lesson learned: try all available methods until one works!

QR Code protesta en la calle

For people who are looking, LEGO sets are full of references and codes. This image shows a few:

The numbers 01001100, 01000101, 01000111, 01001111 represent the numbers 76, 69, 71, 79 in binary, and those correspond to the letters LEGO in the ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) character code chart.

The number 0937 on the torso and on the ticket represents the word LEGO upside down.

The runes in the tile are in Older Futhark. The runes in the center spell "LEGO". The runes in the upper and lower border spell "LEG GODT PLAY WELL".

The Greeble in the Greeble Trail on the map is a reference to a LEGO building technique where lots of small parts are added to a surface in order to break up the surface and to make it look more detailed, interesting and believable.

"Kneel before Zod" combines references to the DC Universe superheroes Superman and Batman. In this newspaper article, the slogan has changed from an evil general demanding obedience and submission, to the result of an election poll. The LEGO voters do seem to be in favour of candidate Kneel, who "will not enslave humanity".

I like seeing these, and there must be many that I have not seen yet. Please link to your favourites below :-)

Kimani Silvercloud looks back at miss Jeff, and gets up, she walks to Leighs left side, keeping away from Simon

Nellie Meads takes out her phone and takes a picture of the woman who lent her the lighter, then scoots away.

Deets Carroll hears the kids shouting but can't afford the attention to find out what's going on. Cut it out up there! she wants to shout. Don't make me come up there! I'll turn this fight around!

Jaina Lefevre: ..maybe it'll run over simon when she turns it around. Jai's too focused on the fight to bother with adults who think they know it all.

Belldandy Ghost she kept her grappling bracer pointed at Simon, opeing her left fit slowly, kind of flexing her fingers before curling them back into a f ist slowly. She would be ready to s hoot the line should he still decide to be out of order. Regardless of the situation now, she kept her focus on him rather than the fight below

Ember Ronas wanders in behind the group.. half because it was.. well.. a group.. and half because she has this uncanny ability to stalk Esha like some sort of creepy B-movie villian.

Roaman Enzo turns his head to the noise only hearing bits of it. "Knock it off, we deal with this at home" Then wrinks to Simon.

Simon Netizen wrinks back.

Debra Charron's mind remains calm and detached from the pain screaming thru her body. this was how you coped...when you were hurt, scared, tired ....and you still needed to function. It was called the "drone zone" - the point where training allows you to do what must be done no matter what your circumstance. Sometimes you even lived thru it...... Seeing the man stumble, her brain dispassionately commander her body to action. He's bloody near the throat....go for the throat. Savagely, she rakes at him with the heavy pistol, trying to apply more damage to his exposed and already somewhat injured neck In the back of her mind, the predatory part of her nature rises and despite her injuries and the blood, Debra Charron is smiling malevolently and silently as she presses her attack.

Leigh Parx (Kayleigh Jigsaw) nodded and looked at him. "I know, love." Her voice was gentle, though she still had an edge to it and River was still in trouble. She smiled tightly at Kimani. "Simon this is my other student." Her other hand still held the bag of food from the Sushi Bar and bottles of water she had picked up. "He's got a point. If children don't run their mouths and stay out of the way and out of trouble, shit like this doesn't happen." She was half wondering how far she could punt some of the smaller ones.

Rai Pawpad: Having wrenched his hand back from the assbag, he favors him with a dark look before heaving himself back to the ground to watch Deb. Well, and Jaina. He's roiling mad now.

Simon Netizen looks away from the introduction and back at the beach. Five year old know it alls were always so much more appealing than grown up know it alls. His stony gaze remains on the fight, an iron grip around Leigh's shoulders

Jaina Lefevre keeps her seven year old self focused on the fight and hoping that her mom doesn't die. She crouches down, hugging her knees and watches in silence.

Roaman Enzo shakes his head few times as the Major just keeps pulling things out of her ass. "Danm she's good"

Kimani Silvercloud looks at Simon then at Miss Jeff screaming in her head at Simon, instead of yelling out she smiles a sugary sweet smile at him, but behind her bright eyes she was trying to think of ways to get back at him, with out angering her teacher "Hey miss Jeff" she scoots close to her looking below again

Leigh Parx (Kayleigh Jigsaw) would get pissed as hell and have the girl running laps like poor River was at the moment if she tried anything to hurt Simon in -any- way. She squeaked softly as his grip tightened. Hopefully, he'd get the hint that was just a little -too- tight. Sapphire eyes lowered to watch the fight, though her mind was still occupied with calculating how far she could punt those who deserved it. She'd shift the bag of food to her other hand and use that as an excuse to give Simon an impromptu hug, before holding out her arm to Kimani if she wanted to join her.

Ember Ronas just keeps lurking back there. She edges a few steps closer, brows lifting and hands slipping into her pockets.. "This a private party?" She asked in a low voice, though she didn't really halt her advance.

Pyros Zenovka just lets out howl as he feels the attack on the neck his body moveing to pull away and proect himself from the attacks on his neck. He just shakes his head more blood pumping out from his neck his hand moves pushing pressure aginst the wound jsut to hold back the blood for a few moments. Anything to let him last a bit longer then the woman. His gaze just goes back to her and he moves in closer ready to lash out at her but this time with a new toy. From his bracers comes out the trusty stun baton he has to use on the marines from time to time. From the tip a blue spark can be seen arching from it into the air. Then he moves with it ready to smack the baton right across her chest.

Kimani Silvercloud wraps her arm around Leigh, she hadn't had a hug in a long time, but she is only hugging leigh, even though its like a group hug, the words simon had said still ringing in her ears, she wispers up at Leight "Miss Jeff do you know where River is?"

Esha Rajal did a 360 turn as she surveyed the area, stopping only momentarily to look at Ember. “Oh, hi! The answer is ‘It’s really damn far down there’… I mean, welcome to hell,” she smirked.

Ember Ronas blinks at Esha some. "Hell?" She asked before working her way down to her friend. "I know a few things about Hell. What's going on?" Her boots slipped on the grass a bit, almost sending her sliding into the other girl. Thank god for last moment stops.

Simon Netizen got the hint from Leigh, and releases her to move away a bit, focusing on the situation below.

Leigh Parx (Kayleigh Jigsaw) felt her pocket vibrate. She nodded. "In trouble. Doing his punishment now." She had Kimani on one side and Simon on the other. Leigh was happyish all things considered. She tried to pull away. "I'll be right back, love." She glanced at Simon hoping he'd let her go easily enough.

Debra Charron sees with great clarity from the isolated place wherein her consciousness resides, the stunner pop out and begin moving towards her. Her left hand axes upwards in a fanning motion, managing to deflect the stunner from a show-stopping hit to her torso, but in the process feeling the arm go numb as the weapon does its thing to it. From deep in the Drone Zone, her intellect ignores the pain and the bleeding........calculating only what it will take to put her opponent down on the bloody sand. She makes two strategic steps backwards and partially doubles over, apparently in pain as her still-usable right arm claws at her left thigh................

Kimani Silvercloud lets go of Leigh and nods sadly "I wish he was here"

Nothing you see here is real, even though the conversion or the presented background story might be based on historical facts. BEWARE!

Some background:

The Korean People's Army Air and Anti-Air Force began as the "Korean Aviation Society" in 1945. It was organized along the lines of flying clubs in the Soviet Union. In 1946, the society became a military organization and became an aviation division of the Korean People's Army (KPA). It became a branch of the army in its own right in November 1948. The KPAF incorporated much of the original Soviet air tactics, as well as North Korean experience from the UN bombings during the Korean War.

North Korea’s first indigenous jet fighter aircraft, the Wonsan Aircraft Works 여-1 (known as “W-1” outside of the country), started its existence in China as the Shenyang J-3 (Jianjiji = fighter). The J-3 was a project to exploit the knowledge and hardware gained through the license production of the Soviet MiG-15UTI trainer, locally designated JJ-2 (Jianjiji Jiaolianji – fighter trainer), a study that was primarily intended to improve China’s aircraft industry and the country’s respective engineering know how after the Korean War. The Soviet VVS and PVO had been the primary users of the MiG-15 during the Korean war, but not the only ones; it was also used by the PLAAF and KPAF (known as the United Air Army).

The J-3 was designed during the Korean War between 1952 and 1953 and two prototypes were built with Soviet help and tested in 1953, but the aircraft came too late – and it was not regarded as a successor or even an alternative to the Soviet MiG-15, because it lacked modern features like swept wings. The J-3’s design drew more on American rather than British inspiration, having elected to use features such as a very thin (but almost straight) wing akin to the Lockheed P-80 Shooting Star and a basic configuration comparable to the North American F-86 Sabre. Due to its conceptual interceptor role, an emphasis had been placed on a fast rate of climb. Power came from a Klimov VK-1 centrifugal-flow turbojet, a derivative of the British Rolls-Royce Nene Mk.104B that also powered the MiG-15. Armament consisted of four 23 mm (0.906 in) Nudelman-Suranov NS-23 autocannon under the nose.

The J-3’s rate of progress on the project was such that, within 15 months of design work having formally started, the first prototype had been fully constructed. On 28 October 1953, the first J-3 fighter prototype conducted its first flight, even though it still lacked pressurization, armament, and other military equipment. Gradually, new hardware was integrated and tested, and a second aircraft joined the tests in January 1954. Flight tests followed quickly and showed that the J-3 was easy to fly and had exceptional performance and maneuverability for a straight-wing aircraft. Unfortunately, it soon became clear that the laminar flow section used for the original tail unit was totally unsuitable, with extremely severe buffeting setting in at 500 km/h (310 mph). The buffeting was so bad that the test pilots were thrown about in the cockpit, banging their head on the canopy, and the needles fell off all the flight instruments. Fortunately, accidents could be avoided, and the tailplane section was changed with much improved results.

The gun armament caused troubles, too. Firing all four NS-23 at once made the robust engine surge – a problem that did not occur on the MiG-15, but it only carried two of these weapons. A remedy was eventually found through the introduction of a slightly elongated nose that kept the air intake further away from the gun blast shock waves. The flight and test program lasted until 1955, and a total of five J-3 prototypes were built, but with no serious plan to put this aircraft into series production, even more so after China had been offered to produce the even more modern and capable Soviet MiG-17 fighter under license as the J-5. In the People's Republic of China (PRC), an initial MiG-17F was assembled from parts in 1956, with license production following in 1957 at Shenyang. The Chinese-built version was/is known as the Shenyang J-5 (for local use) or F-5 (for export). After this decision, the J-3 program was stopped, but the machines were retained in flightworthy condition as testbeds and chase planes by the PLAAF until the late Sixties

However, this was not the end of the J-3. After fighting had ended on 27 July 1953 when the Korean Armistice Agreement was signed, the Korean People's Army Air and Anti-Air Force (KPAAF) was keen to boost its capabilities and build a domestic aircraft industry, beyond the option to produce existing designs in license. Turning to its main sponsor China, North Korea was offered the plans for the J-3 and its tools, together with a supply of Chinese-built VK-1 engines. Even though the J-3 did not represent the state-of-the-art in jet fighters anymore, it was the best option for an industrial quickstart and until 1956 a dedicated production site for the J-3 was built at Wonsan, leading to the Wonsan Aircraft Works (Wonsan hang-gong-gi jag-eob , 원산 항공기 작업) and its first military product, the 여-1 (Yeo-1 = W-1). When NATO became aware of the aircraft it received the reporting code name “Freshman”.

However, despite the J-3’s plans and tools at hand, the W-1’s production was hampered by the lack of experience, sub-optimal materials, and poor logistics (esp. concerning vital imported components like the Chinese WP-5 engine, a license-built VK-1). Consequently, it took almost three years to roll out the first pre-serial production aircraft in 1959, and even then, the W-1 was plagued with material and reliability problems. Furthermore, once the W-1 became operational in 1961, the aircraft had become outdated. The W-1 had been designed to intercept straight-and-level-flying enemy bombers, not for air-to-air combat (dogfighting) with other fighters. The subsonic (Mach .76) fighter was effective against slower (Mach .6-.8), heavily loaded U.S. fighter-bombers from the Fifties, as well as the mainstay American strategic bombers during the aircraft's development cycle (such as the Boeing B-50 Superfortress or Convair B-36 Peacemaker, which were both still powered by piston engines). It was not however able to intercept the new generation of British jet bombers such as the Avro Vulcan and Handley Page Victor, which could both fly higher. Most W-1s were initially used as night fighters – even though they lacked any on-board radar and the pilot had to rely on visual contact and/or radio guidance from ground stations to make out and close in on a potential target. The USAF's introduction of strategic bombers capable of supersonic dash speeds such as the B-58 Hustler and General Dynamics FB-111 rendered the W-1 totally obsolete in front-line KPAAF service, and they were quickly supplanted by supersonic interceptors such as the MiG-21 and MiG-23.

The rugged aircraft was not retired, though, and found use as ground attack aircraft (despite its limited payload of around 2 tons) and as an advanced fighter trainer. Total production numbers are uncertain, but less than 100 W-1s were produced until 1969, with no further variants becoming known. In 1990, probably forty were still operational, and even after 2000 some KPAAF W-1s were still flying.

The kit and its assembly:

I always thought that the tubby Dassault Ouragan had something “Soviet-ish” about it, looking much like one of the obscure early Yakowlew jet fighter prototypes (e .g. the straight-wing Yak-25 [first use of this designation in 1947] or the swept-wing Yak-30) around 1950. With this idea I had stashed away a Heller Ouragan for a while, and recently wondered about an indigenous North-Korean aircraft that could have emerged after the Korean War? The Ouragan looked like a good basis, and so this project started as a simple conversion of the Heller kit.

While most of the airframe was retained, I made some cosmetic changes to change the aircraft’s looks and add a Warsaw Pact flavor. The characteristic wing tip tanks disappeared, and the wings’ ends were rounded off. The fin tip was extended with a piece of 1.5 mm styrene sheet and a different fin shape was sculpted from it. The original stabilizers were replaced with what I think are stabilizers from a VEB Plasticart 1:100 An-24 – they better match the wing shape than the OOB parts!

The cockpit was taken OOB, I just replaced the ejection seat with a different piece from a KP 1:72 MiG-19. The air intake was modified with the opening from a Heller 1:72 F-84G, extending and narrowing it slightly, even though the internal splitter plate (which also bears the front wheel well) was retained. The landing gear was also basically taken OOB, but the main wheels were now mounted on the outside position (with an adaptation of the covers), and the front wheel was moved 3 mm further forward, to compensate for the slightly longer nose section, and its cover was modified accordingly. The flaps were lowered, primarily because this modification is easy to realize on this kit and it makes the simple aircraft look “livelier”, and the canopy was cut into three parts for open display.

Pylons were added under the wings, together with drop tanks from a Hobby Boss 1:72 MiG-15. The same source provided the swept antenna mast behind the cockpit and the small but characteristic altimeter sensors under the wings. As a final twist of “Sovietization” I added small fences to the wings, made from styrene profiles – they would not be necessary on the aircraft’s straight wings, but they help change the model’s overall look. 😉

Building the Heller Ouragan was a straightforward affair, even though the plastic of the recent re-boxing I used was pretty soft and took long to cure after gluing parts together. A real problem occurred when I tried to close the fuselage halves, though, because the parts did not align well behind the cockpit, as if they were warped? The walls were rather thin, too, and as a result a lot of PSR went into the spine and the ventral area behind the wings, which mismatched badly. The rather thin material in these areas did not help much, either. I have built the Ouragan before, and I do not remember these massive troubles?!

Painting and markings:

I initially considered a North-Korean night fighter camouflage from the Korea War, but since the aircraft would have been introduced into service after the open hostilities, I rather settled for a very dry NMF finish with minimal markings. Therefore, the model received an overall coat with “White Aluminum” from the rattle can and a light overall rubbing treatment with graphite to emphasize the raised panel lines and add a slightly irregular metallic shine to the paint. Since they had disappeared through PSR, I also added/recreated some panel lines with a soft pencil.

The cockpit interior was painted in medium grey and Soviet cockpit turquoise, the landing gear and its wells became metallic-grey (Humbrol 56). The areas around the exhaust and the guns were painted with Revell 91 (Iron), the only color contrasts are red trim tabs.

The large KPAAF roundels with a white background came from a Cutting Edge MiG-15 sheet, the large red tactical code was left over from an unidentifiable “Eastern Bloc” model’s decal sheet. After some more graphite treatment around the guns and the tail section the model was sealed with a coat of semi-gloss acrylic varnish (Italeri), resulting in a nice metallic shine that looks better than expected on this uniform aircraft.

Well, this converted Ouragan looks pretty dull at first sight, due to its simple livery. But this makes it pretty plausible, and the small cosmetic changes add a serious Soviet-esque touch to the aircraft.

The iPhone QR code scanner app I used couldn't scan it. Maybe because the code wasn't flat, but curved around the pole? Also, don't make me have to bend down in order to scan a code. I'm tall, but even so, regular-sized people would still have go bend down. That said, I don't think the Vancouver Opera company had a say in placement.

Simon Netizen blinks...absolutely stunned that the man is still on his feet.

Remamian Takashi hesitates not to the ringing in the air from the major's pistol she looks over to the little one that decided to pour human remains next to her. She stands up and walks up the hill a bit more twords the commander and stands next to him folding her arms as she watches pyros fire. she nudges roa and states clearly without emotion "Nice night huh? Slightly humid but its comfortable, pre arrival, the mainland had been cold as of late"

Roaman Enzo looks back at Simon as this is unfolding. No way that guy could still be standing after that round that close.

Simon Netizen raises his brows at Ro briefly before gluing them back on the scene below.

Belldandy Ghost looks to the Commisionar again then felt it neccessary to yell out "Dude....shoot him in the head already! FINISH HIM!" She wasnt really blood thirsty as she may have seemed. She just wanted this to be over already.

Nellie Meads calmly offers the lighter back to the woman, as the ear goes up in blue flame and a thin ribbon of stinky smoke. "Thanks, it's like *un* sympathetic magic, y'know. " She turns to find the woman had skittered away, still having the lighter held up. She shrugs, and then waves her hand in front of her nose at the charring. She jams the lighter in her pocket, hoists herself up in the crabwalk again, and skitters up the hill a little.

Jaina Lefevre whispers. "Good job, Nellie. Maybe he'll get an earache?"

Roaman Enzo shakes his with a slight grin and returns his attention to the scene. But not before looking at the Kid that casued this. Well maybe not caused it but his dislike for kids being said. She is Deb and Deet's after all. So he just smiles "Mama will be just fine"

Kimani Silvercloud nose wrinkles as the scent of the burning ear is breezed up the hill

Nellie Meads: "Good riddance, ear."

Rai Pawpad watches it burn with some regret. "It was a cool trophy. But it was gonna stink sooner or later."

Debra Charron catches the shell in the outside lower-left quadrant of her abdomen, which eruots in a spray of red as the shell enters and exits her unarmoured body. Her body jerks slightly to the left and a growl rises from deep in her throat, but in this brief instance before the pain hits, her hand brings the muzzle again over his high-upper-torso and with the echo of a long-dead firearms instructor ringing in her ears to "kill the fucker, don't dance with him"...she again responds to years of training and unleases a "double tap".......two shots, the second slightly higher than the first. Once again lead is crossing the gap between her and her opponent.

Jaina Lefevre sucks in a breath as she sees Deb get hit and lets go of Rai's arm to hug her own knees with fingers gone white. She's silent now, trembling and pale as she watches.

Roaman Enzo seeing the Levi XO move up and talk. " I hate this danm weather drives me fucking nuts." Then watching the exchange below. "I think the boss should have worn her vest. But that was one hell of a move I tell ya"

Esha Rajal just stood there, gaping at the spectacle below, cigarette dangling from her parted lips. "No good, no good..." she mumbled.

Deets Carroll curses as she sees Deb get hit, and her finger tightens on her gun.

Kimani Silvercloud winces when Deb gets hit and glances over to Jai noticing her White fingers she frowns turning back to the scene

Simon Netizen inhales stiffly and blinks as Deb stays on her feet, almost like watching in slow motion.

Remamian Takashi coughs as the major gets hit she grumbles "There's a nice sexy scar..." she looks around on the hill and then turns looking behind it and then back over to the other before drawling her attention back down "Well... damn... forgot my bottled water" she whispers

Rai Pawpad has to stuff down the urge to launch himself down the hill at the man's head. Instead he shifts a few feet and puts his arms all the way around Jaina.

Pyros Zenovka just grunts as he feels the burn in his chest of course wearing the carperice armor helps alot slowing the round so it didn;t do to much damage to his chest. But still he is bleeding he just lets out another grunt pulling on the trigger fireing another round from the 8 inch luger."DIe you dog." he yells out his body moveing pushing off as the round goes off from the barrel charge at her . His body changeing one round missing the other cutting a nice length across th eside of his neck more of his blood driping but still nothing mortal yet.

Roaman Enzo laughs "Jesus she is a amazing Just remind me not to piss her off ever. Maybe Deets will let me look at the scar once" (( AFK for a few Simon let anyone if they try and talk to me please))

Nellie Meads's face is completely impassive. She jams her hands in her pockets, but the twitch in the tip of her tail shows how agitated she is.

Kimani Silvercloud watches as pyros begins to run at deb, wondering why he wasnt down, if Ro hadnt been standing next to Jai she would have moved to her left side, but is content with letting Rai handle it... for now

Finding the best beauty spa near you may not be an easy task after all. With so many spas functioning in the area, what should you look for in a quality spa? The spa you select should provide the right environment for you at all times. Here are important tips to consider when finding the best beauty spa near you.

Googling it is the easiest way to find a reputable day spa near you. Type in spas and your zip code or town name at the end of it see the results that come up in the search results. Owner of Lisa’s Day Spa in Chula Vista, says, check the websites of the resultant spas and see what kind of skin care treatments they offer and the prices. Does it fit your budget and style? Read client reviews and testimonials to find out whether other people really like the quality of service they offer. If you like what you see and read, give them a call. Is the staff knowledgeable and helpful? Make sure to ask for a tour of the facility before you make an appointment. Especially, check the locker room, and you can get a better idea about the safety, maintenance, and sanitary status of the spa. If you find hair in the wash basin or drain, it is a big no-no. Never select a beauty spa that doesn’t provide the highest sanitary conditions at all times.

Most of the time, treatment rooms might be off limits to clients. But you can always request them to show you the condition of a room. Observe how the other clients are treated to get a better understanding of the experience you are going to have. Once you are really satisfied with all the aforementioned factors, only you should think of making a reservation with the potential beauty spa.

The first all-Indian Navajo platoon in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Kimani Silvercloud growls soft still, controlling herself "he's a scaredy cat, cant stand up for himself" she hisses and flexes her claws angrily, "If he tries anything" she mutters to herself "he's gonna get it"

Belldandy Ghost surveys the crowd bellow, recognizing some people by uniform only others by facial recognition. Her favorite target wasnt amoung them, which was depressing, since she wasnt done with him yet. He needed to pay for her getting shot. "Oh yes....I got something for that Assbag.....and his friends....YOU OWE ME FOR A NEW ARM!"

Debra Charron steps forward into position and shuffles her feet, firming up the sand under her soft boots. Her features can only be described as serene as the seabreeze ruffles her hair and her eyes critically rake over her opponent, taking in how he stands, his equipment and generally taking the measure of him. She speaks, managing to keep most of the mocking tone from her voice, "I'm glad to hear that you're proficent in this evolution Commisar. From the tin suit your're wearing to a duel, I'd mistaken you for a rookie. Now I don't have to feel bad about you being drafted for this." Deb settles her hips and looks the man square on, " I can't say i have any special flair for this stuff outside what your boss has alluded to alreasy...." Deb glances at Tres and back to Pyros....."as he stated, I was created to soldier...so you could say I was born for this........." Deb lowers her right hand to her holsterd USP and waits...... "I'm ready at your convenience...."

Esha Rajal beamed a smile at Simon and took the cigarette that he'd offered, sighing with relief. So much tension in the air with all of that waiting... She slid the cigarette between her lips and grabbed her own zippo from her pocket, lighting up almost instantly. "Thanks," she nodded to the sergeant. "Needed that for sure." And she was back to watching again, this time puffing away happily...

Pyros Zenovka just glares at the woman"Its my uniform i have to wear.. PLus it has some hidden goodies in it." he just smiles at her his hand moveing down to the holster of the luger the remade gun he used for exactions he had to carry out back at the mainland."SO then what we what for high noon then?"

Jaina Lefevre squeezes Rai's hand so tight it's probably going numb.

Belldandy Ghost looks at the Commisionar's gear herself, her shades, which had lines of codeing constantly scrolling across it had changed from one green tint to another. Now she was using its scan feature to look over the gear, trying to see what sort of things he had hidden in it and the probability of Debra being able to dodge them, assuming they werent explosive.

Roaman Enzo walks over to the gathering a top the hill. Roaman looks down and sees Deb and Tres. He spots Deets ever close by. Smileing to himself then turning to Esha and Simon. "Where do they stand so far? And do we have our people in place in case this gets out of hand?"

Simon Netizen looks back at Ro then back down the hill. "Us three, and Taiyou's down there," he nods. "Startin' to think they may just dance and call it a night."

Debra Charron grins wolfishly, looking about as happy as anyone has ever seen her. "No need to wait, we're under freetown rules." The devil sparkles in Deb's green eyes as her hand hovers over her pistol-butt, "Make a move"

Jaina Lefevre mutters. "He sent five soldiers to come get me and Rai...and only has one to stand there with him for this. I don't think he's takin' this very seriously, do you?"

Kimani Silvercloud her ears go down defensively she glances at Jai "seems he isnt, he'll be sorry though"

Rai Pawpad squeezes her hand. "Maybe he was takin us real seriously. He should. How's his face lookin?"

Simon Netizen glances at Deb's daughter as she speaks and just shakes his head.

Remamian Takashi finishes her smoke and chucks the butt twords pyros as she blows out a last large plume into the air, she hears the commander behind her and simply wave, not quite sure if he would even see it or not

Pyros Zenovka just moves his hand not ready to draw the gun move working the holster open his hand cracking his knuckles for a moment"You do know after i win.. You family will have to join you." he just gives her a blank look throwing out the threat out there to maybe knock her off for a moment or two.

Nellie Meads crabwalks down the hill to the woman below her, who just finished the cigarette. A flurry of rocks are loosened, but she is light, agile, and low to the ground.

Remamian Takashi turns as she sees a few rocks decide they want to roll past her she see's the youngling and looks looks back twords the two bellow, seemingly ignoring the approach

Jaina Lefevre glances up at Roaman and frowns. "Who's you? You better be on my Moms' side or you can go stand over there." she points to the other hill.

Nellie Meads says very composedly, as she balances and takes the cover off her jar, "Can I use your lighter to set this on fire?"

Simon Netizen coughs to cover a laugh as the kid addresses Roaman and sucks so hard on his cigarette his eyes water.

Nellie Meads: "Please?"

Debra Charron will...if she has time later...reflect that her opponent probably didn't understand what "Freetown rules" meant. The moment the man's hand moves after he was told to "make his move", Deb's own right hand caresses the pistol butt and her old and familiar USP is rising to its natural firing position. Her draw is what she was trained to do in close combat, not the awkward 'wild west" yank-and-fire - but the smooth movement of someone who very much wants the first shot to count. The weapon's muzzle blankets Pyros center-chest as her finger snaps the trigger back smoothly, counting on years of practice and muzzle-rise to place her rounds slightly above center-chest - and hopefully sending them richocheting up into his head if they fail to penetrate. Her pistol barks once and a .45 caliber ball round begins its journey topwards the Commisar.

Kimani Silvercloud looks up at Roman, watching him for a few beets then looks back down

Roaman Enzo already a kid hater looks down at the little brat but holds his tongue. "I Think your safe kid now watch your mama"
